This delightful house is situated in the stunning Green 4 development on the Nuevo Portil Golf Resort only a few minutes drive from the Golf Hotel and the Cartaya Playa Hotel with Spa and sleeps 6.

The accommodation is equipped to a very high standard and the house is set on 3 levels with glorious south facing views over the communal pool and the fairway beyond. The two upper floors have their own balconies and the ground floor has a large terrace ideal for el fresco dining.

The ground floor consists of a fully fitted kitchen, downstairs cloakroom and lounge dining room all equipped to the highest standard.

The master bedroom with en-suite bathroom with it’s own self-contained balcony is located on the first floor together with a twin bedded room with a shower room and WC.

The second floor bedroom has a vaulted ceiling with twin beds and a superb balcony overlooking the communal grounds and beyond.

Extras
Seville and Faro airports are about the same travelling time to El Portil about 70 minutes. Ryan Air and BA have routes to Seville whilst low cost operators such as FlyBe easyjet Rynair Thomsonfly offer services to Faro from many regional UK airports.

This stretch of coastline is relatively unspoilt compared to other parts of Spain. The beaches are backed by sand dunes some of them are pine clad where you can take a picnic out of the heat of a summer’s day. Showers are also located on many stretches of the sands. From the house you can take a leisurely stroll to all the amenities. El Portil has many cafes restaurants and bars to suit all tastes and some are positioned above the beach and command spectacular views. Fish and pork are a great speciality of the region together with local ham and cheese. Tapas are widely available for those wanting a varied but light meal.

For the Golf enthusiast the Nuevo Portil Golf (PAR 71) course is right on your doorstep and not far away is El Rompido, Islantilla and Isla Canela.

Ayamonte the town bordering on Portugal is a 30 minute drive away and worth making a visit. For the more adventurous Seville is only an hour or so away as is the Sierra de Aracena where you will find yourself in traditional Spain. Other spots worth visiting are the mines of Rio Tinto and the Donana National Park one of the most important in Europe.

With 300 days of sunshine a year what more could you ask for in a holiday.

Please note: The swimming pool is open from the beginning of June to mid September when a lifeguard is in attendance (in accordance with Spanish safety regulations)
