A large, spacious luxury villa in Moraira, set in tropical gardens with 6 bedrooms that can sleep up to 14 guests.
Casa Daniella has everything you need for a perfect family holiday, including large heated swimming pool, hot tub spa, pool table, table tennis table plus much more.
The accommodation is built on two levels. On the top level is the main villa which leads onto the pool area. Downstairs there is a separate self contained apartment.
Upstairs there are 2 double bedrooms (both with en suite) and 2 twin bedrooms which share the main bathroom. There is also a large lounge which has satellite TV and also has spectacular views of the sea and surrounding valley.
There is a separate dinning room containing a bed settee, which makes it possible to create a 5th upstairs bedroom if required, allowings the upstairs part of the villa to sleep a total of ten guests. Upstairs also has a fully fitted kitchen, complete with microwave, dishwasher etc.
Leading from the main kitchen of the villa is a fully glassed Spanish style conservatory, this takes you out onto the patio/pool area.
Downstairs there is one twin and one double bedroom. There is also a large lounge/dinning room, kitchen, bathroom and small terrace area. The total number of guests that can sleep downstairs is 6.
The way that the villa is set out makes Casa Daniella ideal for groups with 2 families, or those with teenagers who want their own privacy.
The villa is approx 15 minutes walk to the town centre and beaches of Moraira and approx 5-10 minutes walk to the nearest shops/restaurants.
The Facilities
The conservatory in the main villa leads onto a large patio area which has recently been retiled with anti-slip tiles. Directly ahead of you is the swimming pool, which is 12m by 6 m. The shallow end of the pool is one metre in depth and has Roman steps, the deep end is 2 metres in depth and has a slide into it.
To the left of the conservatory is a large gazebo. Here there is slate bed pool table and full size table tennis table.
On the same level as the patio area, just a few metres from the conservatory is the barbeque house. This is a building entirely dedicated to the barbeque! The building also contains a large table and chairs, as well as sink unit and work tops that are used to prepare food for the barbeque. There is also a stereo system in here which can be used to liven up the pool area. The villa also has an outside toilet.
Surrounding the whole villa are tropical gardens. These gardens compliment the feeling of "paradise" that Casa Daniella brings to its guests.
Upon your arrival at the villa we will be there to meet you in and provide a tour of the villa, explaining where everything is, how everything works etc.
We will also provide you with our telephone number so that you can contact us should you need to at any time during your stay.
We live locally in Moraira so will be on hand should you encounter any problems during your stay.
