Los Lagos de Santa Maria Golf is situated in Elviria, Marbella, overlooking the picturesque Santa Maria Golf was awarded, “Best Spanish Development 2004” by “Homes Overseas” and when you see the quality of construction, the excellent location offering simply the best views in this popular area, you will understand why.

The property has satellite Sky TV plus a PC with free Wi-Fi and Internet.Security alarm fitted. Hot/Cold AC.
Main Terrace overlooks Santa Maria Golf course clubhouse and lakes and gives views of the Mediterranean sea, On clear days Gibralter and African Atlas mountains can be seen. Local mountains provide a stunning backdrop and Nikki beach is only 5 minutes away. Marbella and Puerto Banus are only a short drive away. The beautiful beach is close by with many bars and restaurants close by in classy and elegant Elviria.

The penthouse is built to the highest standards; cream Spanish marble flooring and Travertine marble decorating the bathrooms, fully fitted kitchen with granite worktops and top quality electrical appliances. The spacious living-dining room opens on to a large partly covered terrace. All rooms are furnished to a high quality.

Los Lagos de Santa Maria Golf benefits from a private access road and 24-hour security guards patrolling the complex. There are beautiful landscaped communal gardens and 4 swimming pools, the largest of which is next door to this penthouse. There is also a small childrens pool, sunbeds and a lifeguard on duty. Short walking distance to local shops, restaurants, bars, beach and golf.

Underground parking is provided. Complimentary use of 2 bikes and golfs clubs are available for our guests use.

La Canada shopping centre and Marbella are a 10 minutes drive, Puerto Banus is 20minutes by car and worth a visit. Santa Maria Golf club has an excellant bar, restuarant and coffee shop which non members are allowed to use. Tennis courts and bowling are available also. Nearby Greenlife offers a Gym for fitness fanatics!

Sotogrand, Gibralter, Sevilla, Granada, Rhonda, Cordoba, Jerez, Cadiz and of course Malaga are great historic places to visit on day trips.

We stayed in the family Maliks penthouse for two weeks in February this year, and had a wonderful time. First of all, the penthouse is fabulous. It is very well equipped with all you need. In addition the furniture is modern and gives, together with all decorations, a feeling of great luxury and comfort.

From the west facing terrace there is a fabulous view over Elviria , the Mediterranean Sea and the mountains If the weather is good, it offers sun all day until sunset.

In the apartment you will find a number of brochures over restaurants, markets and things to do together with driving directions. This was very useful.

The correspondence we had with Talat Malik, before and after the renting period, was clear and efficient. We highly recommend this penthouse to others.

This is a wonderful destination in a high end residential area close to the centre of Marbella. Fantastic panoramic views from the balcony of sea and golf course. Would highly recomend for those seeking quality peaceful accomodation. The apartment is very well furnished with lots of extras and we were given the very best attention form the owners.

We have stayed in various apartments and villas throughout Spain and this one really does tick all the boxes. This luxury penthouse has everything you need and the location is ideal with the golf, the beach and excellent restaurants all to hand. The terrace is just lovely with views out to sea and is the perfect place to sit and relax with a glass of wine. The apartment really was a good base for us to go off and explore this area of Andalucia and we had a lovely holiday. It also proved a big hit with our teenage daughter and her friend who enjoyed having the freedom to be by the pool, visit the shops and beach, as we were able to leave them to do their own thing in a very safe environment. We can all thoroughly recommend this as an ideal holiday spot and just wish it had been for two weeks instead of one. CM. United Kingdom

These are first class accommodations! This is an extremely well appointed, equipped and roomy penthouse apartment, we were wanting for nothing. We felt immediately at home. The owner provided brilliant service with someone to meet us immediately upon our arrival and to show us all the features and make us feel welcome.

The location and view are second to none with a beautiful view of the Mediterranean from the huge deck, it went well with a glass of wine at sunset! We were close great beaches, restaurants and shopping and a golf course at our feet. The apartment was quiet and and great retreat after a long day of sightseeing. Our kids loved the satellite television and the internet to stay in touch with friends.

We are recommending this penthouse apartment to all our friends without a moments hesitation. We will always look back on our stay here with fond memories and in fact we hope to return. SI. Canada
