Panarama Golf - Casa Santel Apartment
This property comes completely furnished to a very high standard with security grills and safety deposit box for your piece of mind. The apartment consists of a large lounge with sofa bed, dining area and ceiling fans. Seperate kitchen with two bedrooms both with ceiling fans and the main bedroom with TV. Two bathrooms, one en-suite.
The apartment is ground floor and accomodates up to 6 people and is suitable for the disabled and children. It is located on the landscape golf course of Villamartin. Completed in 2005 and has been built to a high quality standard.
The accommodation comprises:
Living room, tastefully furnished with seating for six people, 32" plasma TV,DVD player,English sky TV (free to view), hot and cold air conditioning and quilt covers for winter nights. The dining area is open plan with seating for six. The kitchen area comprises of fully fitted fridge-freezer, oven, hob and extractor fan, washing machine and all mod cons. Main bathroom is fully tiled with bath, shower and sink with storage unit. En-Suite is a shower room with storage unit.
External area
The large patio area is south facing secluded suntrap. This area also doubles as a driveway for safe parking. Sun canopy, table, chairs and loungers are provided with an external shower to cool off. There is also a communial swimming pool within a 30 second stroll.
Bedroom 1
The main bedroom is a twin room with single beds and has built in fitted wardrobes and drawer storage and bed side cabinets. This room also has a TV with sky, air conditioning & ceiling fan.
Bedroom 2
This room has two single beds with built in fitted wardrobes and drawer storage, a bedside table with lamp and overhead ceiling fan.
Entertainment
There are two entertainment complexes within short distances. Villamartin Plaza is situated 5 minute walk, offering an extensive range of bars and restaurants to cater for everyone. Restaurants vary from Italian, English, Mexican to name but a few. There is also a supermarket for your convienience.
Los Dolces complex is within a 10 minute walk offering a variety of bars, restaurants and shops.
Cheers bar
This bar is located within a 2 minute walk. It offers food and a all weather bowling green. This bar also offers live entertainment.
Alba bar
This is a spanish bar offering local cuisine including tapas. It is a friendly bar with pool tables.
Golf
For those decerning golfers there are three golf courses within 5 minutes. Villamartin, Los Rambles and Campamor. Fees vary please see courses for more details.
Beach bus service
During peak season there is a bus service running every 30 minutes to the three local blue flag beaches and Torrevieja. The bus runs from Villamartin Plaza.
Torrevieja
This is the main local town within a 15 minute drive. Torrevieja is an old fishing town and has become a first class tourist location. The area boasts over 320 days of sunshine and an average temperature of 20 degrees. There are many shops and a local market along with naturel beauty spots and historical monuments.
