Casa Bella is situated in a tranquil location among the almond and orange groves in the Orba valley, Northern Costa Blanca. It is an ideal position if you like a Spanish holiday villa slightly away from all the usual tourist places yet within easy distance of beautiful sandy beaches and nightlife. The Northern Costa Blanca has some of the most spectacular scenery in the whole of Spain and the area is recognised by the World Health Authority as one of the healthiest areas of the world!

Casa Bella was built at end of 2005 detached villa and has a panoramic view of the mountains through the Orba valley. It has 3 bedrooms (sleeps up to 6 persons) all with fitted wardrobes and furnished well throughout the villa. It has a lot of charm and a stunning view over the Orba valley and sea. It is well equipped and typical Spanish villa with secluded walled grounds. The villa has an off road locked parking area with sliding gate. The garden is 600m2 and has a private 8m x 4m swimming pool with different terraces including one equipped with barbeque and stone table and benches. The pool terrace has a pool shower.


Local resorts and attractions:

The area is an excellent location for walking and cycling. The unspoilt Spanish village of Orba is less than 5 minutes drive away where you will find local bars, shops and restaurants. Inexpensive meals can be enjoyed, why pay more on the coast when you have the spectacular views to enjoy. Denia has beautiful sandy beaches, restaurants, bars and shops and nightlife and this is only a 20 minute drive away. Other beach resorts like Javea, Moraira and Calpe are all within a 30 minute drive. Many of these towns have markets through out the week where some very nice Spanish items can be purchased.

For the golf enthusiasts there are several golf courses nearby. Day trips in the area include Vergel Safari Park, Mundomar (exotic Animal Park), Aqualandia (water Fun Park) and Terra Mitica (theme park). Denia is known for its water sports which include scuba diving, snorkelling, boat trips, and jet skis. Lemon Express is an excellent way of enjoying the scenery it consists of a narrow gauge railway from Denia to Alicante. A car is essential to enjoy your holiday.

Welcome packs are available (upon request) on your arrival at the villa. Linen is provided for your stay. Towels for the pool / beach are NOT provided. Winter lets are available which will incur an extra charge for under floor heating should it be required. We would ask you not to smoke in the villa and pets are not permitted.

The villa is let on a flexi basis through out the year
