Welcome to "Villa Vista": our modern, south facing, luxury villa in the district "Cumbre del Sol" in Benitachell (Moraira).
From the terrace by the pool and the very bright living room you’ll have a magnificent view over the Mediterranean Sea, hence the name "Villa Vista" which means view.
From the sunroof you can see the coastline and with clear weather you can even see Ibiza.
"Villa Vista" is located in a quiet district and has a commercial center at 3 km.distance with inside a supermarket, pharmacy, restaurants and café.
Also the "Cumbre del Sol" has its own private natural beach (Playa del Moraig) which is a great place to be.
Diving, snorkelling, tennis, hiking, horseback riding, it is all possible!

The villa is on one floor which increases the comfort.
You can easily walk from the kitchen to the terrace where the pool is, without having to climb any stairs.
There are only a few steps from the pool to the lower terrace where the barbecue is.
The attractive, bright and spacious lounge, with hot and cold air conditioning and heating, has a comfortable sitting and dining area with patio doors leading to the sunny partly covered terrace and to the very large private pool (10 x 5 m) that can be illuminated at night.
There are plenty of lounge beds and chairs to relax but if you want to play a competition with the whole family, there is a tennistable available.
Satellite TV, DVD, CD player with radio, Super Nintendo and books are available with several DVD’s, CD’s and games for all ages.
The modern, fully equipped, spacious kitchen has an electric stove and oven, refrigerator, freezer,dishwasher,microwave,electric kettle,toaster,coffee maker and an senseo coffee maker.
There is also a washing machine, ironing board, iron, vacuum cleaner, fohn (2x) and a safe.
On the left and right side of the hallway there are 4 bedrooms and 3 bathrooms.
Bedroom 1 and 2: 2 double beds with ensuite bathroom (with shower and toilet) and patio doors to the terrace next to the pool.
Bedroom 3 and 4: two single beds. One of these bedrooms has patio doors to the terrace next to the pool.
All bedrooms have a fan, blinds and fitted wardrobes,and 3 bedrooms has heating and hot and cold air conditioning.
The 3rd large family bathroom has a bath, separate shower and toilet.
The villa has several nice terraces in either sun or shade, depending what you want, with beautiful outdoor furniture and barbecue.
Parking is on-site (4 cars)and there is an electric gate, easy to use.

"Villa Vista" is located on a 10-minute drive from the quaint fishing village of Moraira with its lovely beaches, nostalgic harbour, cosy shops (which are open till late) and very good restaurants.
Every Friday there is a large, attractive market with lots of fresh fruit, vegetables, crafts, clothes etc.
On Saturday there is the fish auction, a great experience.
The climate in this fishing village on the Costa Blanca is described by the World Health Organization as one of the healthiest in the world.
Like the rest of the Costa Blanca, Moraira is blessed with over 300 sunny days a year.
In the summer it is warm but not too warm mostly due to the nice sea breeze.

The natural beach at 1,5 km. distance is located at the large bay of the “Cumbre del Sol".
You can dive, snorkel and swim in the clear Mediterranean Sea, take a sunbath or simply enjoy the stunning views.

If you are a golf lover, you have several beautiful golf courses nearby.
The nearest is on a 10-minute drive from the villa.

Nearby you can also go and play tennis, go hiking, mountain biking, cycling, sailing or fishing.

For the kids (and yourself) is a horseback riding school where you can ride and ride trails.
Go carting at 6 km.,a safari park at 25 km. and Terra Mitica Theme park (nearby Benidorm)at 30 km.distance.


Do you want to enjoy the beautiful vineyards and villages in the area, than you can visit
Jallon Valley at a 30-minute drive.
There is a wine bottling plant where local farmers bring their grapes in order to make wine.
You can also go there to enjoy some fine wine tastings.

In February the almond trees bloom beautiful white blossoms to which the Costa Blanca owes its name.

+ Mehr über Elise van Eerdenburg Wij hebben een aantal jaren een villa in Moraira gehuurd en hebben daar met onze kinderen heerlijke vakanties beleefd. De wens om een eigen villa te kopen werd steeds groter en in 2009 kwam die wens uit. Wij genieten volop van de zon,het lekkere eten,de rust en de gezelligheid van Moraira. De uitzichten zijn werkelijk fantastisch, daarom heet onze villa "Villa Vista" wat uitzicht betekent. Wij weten zeker dat u net zo zult genieten van "Villa Vista" als wij dat doen.
