Our superb 2 bed rooms apartment situated in the new capital of the Atlantic Ocean coast, Islantilla, ( LAGUNA GOLF COMPLEX) located right on the attractive Islantilla Golf 27 hole course. Placed on the ground floor level with direct access from the street ( no stairs). Offers a total of 80 m2 included 2 bedrooms, american kitchen and living room with access to a quiet and pieceful 20 m2 terrace with beautiful view over the golf course.

Description of the apartment:

BED ROOMS
1 Twin bed room with view to the garden and entrance area of the building with in-built wardrobe.
1 double bed room with excellent view to the golf course also with double in-built wardrobe where you will find iron and ironing board.

BATHROOM
Big bath room with shower, basin, bidet and wc.

KITCHEN
Fully equipped kitchen with ceramic hob, microwave, fridge/freezer, toaster, coffee maker, washing machine.

DINING/LOUNGE ROOM
Offers a 3 seater sofa with coffee table, dining table with 4 chairs and TV. Direct access to the 20 m2 terrace.

TERRACE
The quite and pieceful 20m2 terrace offers a espectacular view to the golf course.
The terrace has a garden table with 4 chairs.

SWIMMING POOL
Small, private and intimate swimming pool available only for the 30 apartments at the Complex, with view to the colf course.

EXTRA
Bedlinen and towels are included - please bring your beach towels.
Electrical Heating in all rooms incl. bath room.

Islantilla is situated on the unspoilt Costa de la Luz area.
Costa de la Luz is the western part of the Andalucia coastline that faces out to the Atlantic.
The sand is finer and a more golden colour than the Costa del Sol.
The beaches here are more expansive and y backed by sand and pine trees. This part of the coast has not seen the high-rise hotel development of other areas.

Islantilla is an exclusive golf and beach resort, ideally located only 1 30-40 min. drive from the boarder of Portugal.

This newly developed resort on the Costa de la Luz - "The Light Coast" is the result of a philosophy combining relax with activity, known as "Active Leisure".
This part of the Spanish coastline has been used by the Spanish for many years. It is often referred to as "Spain´s best kept secret", but is more widely known as the Spanish Algarve.

You can participate in one of the many activities that are offered, such as golf, horse riding, water sports, scenic walks, cycling or making excursions to the remarkable historical cities of Seville and

It has 2 modern shopping malls: the first is set by the beach overlooking miles of walkways surrounded by palm trees.
Walk or cycle along the beach paths and then enjoy a drink at one of the many bars overlooking the sea.
The second is within the golf resort area and a 2 minute walk from the house.

Islantilla is situated in the heart of Europe´s most popular golfing destination and this property is positioned on the fantastic 27-hole golf course, which in the year 2000 was recognised by the prestigious Golf Digest magazine as being in the top 100 category of the best golf courses in Europe.

The nearest airport is Faro in Portugal, which is less than 1 hour drive ( 100 km ), and Seville airport is 1 h 30 min. drive ( 130 km ), both reached by motorway.

The older town of La Antilla, which is 2 km away, also provides shops, fresh fish restaurants, local fish and fruit market opened every day, supermarkets and tapas bars on a beach side.

The fishing village of Isla Cristina is 5 km.

Ayamonte, where you can find a ferry to Portugal, is 13 km.

Huelva, the main town of the area, is 30 minutes away by motorway. This city itself and its surroundings are marked by Christopher Columbus, who started his travel to America from the nearby Palos de la Frontera.

Doñana National Swamp Park is an extense preserve including beach areas with moving dunes as well as marshy regions of great international value concerning their fauna.

Aracena is the mountain area only 1 hours away by car, famose its cured ham.

ruhe, schoener blick auf golfplatz, einige minuten zum strand

es war ein schoener, entspannter urlaub. geplege anlage,nur einige minuten zum strand, 15 km nach ayamonte. frische fische von den fischern am strand oder vom fischmarkt in ayamonte, guter wwein. viel besser geht's nicht! wenn man zur zeit der feria in sevilla dort ist, unbedingt besuchen. ein tolles fest mit vielen pferden.
