Villa La Sirena is divided into two separate living spaces that are adjoined by a heated private pool, hot tub, outdoor kitchen and common patio as was typical by early Moorish architects. We refer to these living spaces as Side A and B. Side A Side A features an expansive wrap around porch and large living area with a cozy fireplace that functions as a favorite year around gathering place to read, eat, relax, and entertain. Decorated in a stylish Mediterranean decor, the numerous windows from the living area provide gorgeous views overlooking the Mediterranean Sea. Side B The exterior structure of Side B features a three story, castle-like tower with a spiral staircase leading to the Master Bedroom and a roof top terrace that serves as a relaxing spot to watch the amazing sunsets and star-filled evening skies. Side B features a bright living and dining area with windows facing south to the sea and a spectacular Master Suite with en-suite bath and an over-sized balcony facing the sea.
