This brand new 2 bedroom apartment just across N340 from Cabopino beach, with commuinity swimming poll and golf front, situated in a small complex (only 52 units). 20 mins drive from Malaga Airport, 10 mins from Marbella Town. Cabopino beach and port have everything you are looking for: renting a boat, windsurfing, paragliding etc. Restarurants of all nationalities Italian, Spanish, Chinese, Engllish. An Indian restautant just around the corner of the apartment and 100 yards further down is famous DaBruno (its always full, you will have to book well in advance).
Inside the apartment, therere two full size bathrooms both with shower and bath, the master bedroom ensuite is fully marbel. The sitting dinning room is big with a beautifull dinning table and six chairs, sitting area with TV and DVD player, a big coffee table. Theres also a sofa bed to accommodate fifth person to stay. A sliding door leads to a large terrace with sea view, a set of wooden table and chairs let you enjoy having a meal there, also a drying line for you to air your clothes after washing. The master bedroom with a double bed and 2 bedside lockers, a table and chair. The second bedroom with two single beds, both have wardrobes. The kitchen has cooker, oven, fridge-freezer, microwave, toaster,kettle,dish washer, washing machine and all cutleries are well supplied. Air condition is in hand, you can control whatever temperature you like.
This apartment comes with one car parking space, when entering the automatic garage doors, via remote control, to the car park and our apartment is at the same level, so you dont need to take a lift or stairs (our car park space is number 11). An easy drive about 10 to 15 min you can get to La Canada, a shoppers paradise, favourite for both Spanards and visitors.
The location and the setting of the apartment is ideal for a family holiday. You will enjoy it.
