This luxury detached villa is located in its own secluded grounds on a quiet, residential road in the village of Marxuquera near Palma de Gandia. It has lovely views of orange groves, countryside and mountains in the distance. There is a bar-restaurant within a few minutes walk and many more within a short drive.

The villa has 4 bedrooms, large bathroom, 1 seperate WC, lounge/dining room, large modern kitchen, shaded terrace with dining area, outside paella kitchen with gas stove, Spanish barbeque, covered parking for 2 cars + 5 additional spaces, large garden and private pool.

The kitchen is very well equipped with electric cooker, fridge freezer, washing machine, etc. and breakfast dining area. The dining room accommodates up to 8 people. The lounge is very comfortable with TV, DVD and video and a selection of english DVD & CDs are available. The bedrooms are bright and airy and have fitted wardrobes to maximise space: 2 with twin beds, one with a double and the 4th with a single + pull out.

There is a large, well kept garden with plenty of relaxing space in the sun or shade. The pool is 10 x 5 metres and approx 1.8 metres at the deepest end, has a poolside shower and is maintained weekly, with comfortable sun beds and parasols for your use.

All linen is provided and changed weekly.

Palma de Gandia is situated some 10km from Gandia town centre and only 12km (7.5 miles) from some of the finest Blue Flag beaches in Europe, convenient to the A7 motorway (exit 61 south or 60 north) and with several first class golf courses all within 30/40 minutes drive. Gandia is fast becoming a major tourist attraction and is host to two of the teams competing in the 2007 Americas cup. Gandia boasts top quality shops and excellent restaurants, with miles of sandy beach. The surrounding scenery is very mountainous but full of forests with some quaint towns and villages waiting to be discovered. The nearest airports are Valencia (approx 80km/50 miles) and Alicante (approx 120km/75 miles). Valencia City centre is within 40 minutes drive or about 1 hour by train from Gandia (2 trains hourly).

Prices are for up to 6 people and a supplement of �50 per week is payable
per person above this.
A deposit of �150 is payable on booking (not refundable).
A refundable security deposit of �150 is also required.
Balance will be due 6 weeks prior to arrival.
