The luxurious Casa Cordillera, described by The Sunday Telegraph as a "Hollywood style residence", enjoys spectacular panoramic views across a valley of olive groves and vine terraces, towards Moraira on the coast and the Sierras inland.
Moraira, with its safe sandy beach, lively restaurants, bars, cafes and Friday market and the beautiful Marina, is just 8 minutes drive away and the shops at the picturesque village of Benitachell, a short walking distance. Sporting facilities including golf, tennis and sailing are available nearby.
The accommodation opens out onto a large private 10m x 5m kidney shaped pool with internal Roman steps. South facing, the Villa enjoys sunshine all day long although covered terraces provide shade when preferred.
There are two bedrooms each with a separate bathroom. One bedroom with a double bed and one bedroom with twin single beds. A large comfortably furnished lounge and dining area, with hifi/C D player, DVD Player, and Digital Satellite. NEW 42" PLASMA SCREEN TELEVISION. A cot can also be arranged. The fully equipped modern kitchen with breakfast bar and marble-topped units has an oven, gas hob, fridge, freezer, washing machine, microwave cooker, toaster and coffee maker. Double doors open onto a large outside covered terrace, overlooking the pool, perfect for dining al fresco. A single z bed is available by prior arrangement (supplement)

Please note that the upper level of the villa is closed and not rented out during the summer months.
The large open poolside sun terrace, is equipped with sun loungers and a poolside shower. A covered terrace with dining table and chairs. There is a further large terraced area, set amidst mature tropical gardens with a large walk-in barbecue and bar. A stone table seating 10, is covered by a roofed pergola, perfect for outside dining.
The cost for rental of this villa is for 4 persons. We provide all bedding and towels for internal use. We ask you to provide your own beach towels. Clean laundry is provided each week. When making travel arrangements, please note that on the day of arrival the villa is not available until 16:00 hours. on the day of departure we ask clients to vacate the apartment by 10:00.
