Apartment Description
The apartment has been furnished to a very high standard and will accomodate up to 6 as there is a sofa bed in the lounge diner. The entrance hall leads onto a large lounge diner, tastefully furnished with contemporary light wood furniture and leather dining chairs. The lounge area has sofas, coffee tables and side tables as well as tv, cd player and dvd. There is a surround sound music system which fills the whole apartment, even the terrace. The lounge then opens onto a large South West facing terrace with sea views and views of the Rock of Gibralter. The terrace is equipment with stylish comfortable patio furniture for al fresco dining and loungers.
The kitchen is fully integrated again in a modern wood and stainless steel style, with granite work surfaces and a breakfast bar. The stylish terracotta flooring gives a real Andalucian feel amongst the modern design. There are views of the Sierra Bermeja mountains.A fully fitted laundry area leads off
the kitchen.
Leading off the hallway also is the bedroom area, which can be closed off from the living area by a stylish sliding wood and glass panelled door. Bedroom 2 has fitted wardrobes and stunning mountain views. The main bathroom is near to this bedroom.

The main bathroom has a large ensuite fully tiled in Italian marble, with his and hers sinks and a jacuzzi bath with shower above. The main bedroom boasts a king sized leather bed with double wardrobes and a built in safe. The bedroom opens out onto the terrace via sliding patio doors so you can wake and see the sea and the sun! The terrace also overlooks 1 of the outdoor pools.
Outside there are 2 pool and 2 childrens pools. From the lanscaped tropical gardens, you can wander round to the indoor leisure centre where there is a full sized infinity pool, jacuzzi, fully equipped gymnasium and sauna. the leisure centre has changing and shower facilities.


Attractions within easy reach

*The main coastal road is minutes walk away, where you can catch the frequent bus, which goes to the exclusive Puerto Banus and Marbella and to Estepona. There are also licensed taxis, which operate in both areas.

*Five minutes drive away is Puerto Banus with its exclusive marina where you can marvel at the millionaires Yachts and expensive cars. The harbour itself is full of restaurants overlooking the marina. The whole area is Puerto Banus in heaving with nightlife, and designer shops ( leave your credit cards at home!) such as Gucci, Christian Dior, Hugo Boss, Louis Vuitton and many more. You name it, it is there! The town square has a range of amusement activities such as Bungi swings and a craft market. There is also a lively Disco type beach in the cove during the day.

*Marbella is a 5 minutes further on, which also has a Marina and exclusive beach front hotels such as Marbella Club where the rich and famous stay. The town itself has a wide range of shops as well a beautiful town square full of tropical plants and fountains. The promenade is again full of all sorts of restaurants. Further inland is Orange square which still has all the Spanish white washed charm.
