Superbly located, ground floor, 2 bedroom, fully equipped apartment, in small security gated complex with pool and gardens. Built 2004, just 200 mtrs from lovely beaches of the beautiful coastal village of Bolnuevo near Puerto de Mazarron.
The Apartment can accommodate up to 6 people with 2 twin bedrooms and a double sofabed in the lounge.
Bedroom one has twin beds with bedside cabinets, and large built in wardrobe, Bedroom two has twin beds and a chest of drawers.
The bathroom is fully tiled & has a mirrored cabinet with shaving point, a bath and shower. A hairdryer is located in bedroom one.
The kitchen is fully equipped, and the lounge/diner offers an armchair, sofabed, coffee table, television, dvd player, dining table & 6 chairs and a dresser with radio/cd player & a collection of books and games.
The private terrace is 5 metres from the pool & has a metal framed glass top table, 6 chairs & parasol, also 2 sunbeds.


Our Prices Include:

* Fresh bed linen, towels (for apartment use only) and tea towels, changed weekly.
* A Welcome Pack is available upon request
Also available are Infant pram/pushchair, highchair and travel-cot.

We have a stricly No Smoking policy in the apartment but smoking is allowed on the terrace.

A non-refundable deposit of €100 per week will be required upon booking and the balance remaining will be due 8 weeks prior to arrival.

A €100 refundable deposit against breakages is required with final balance & will be refunded within 3 days, after the apartment has been cleaned & checked.

To enable us to thoroughly clean the apartment for newly arriving guests, check out is required by 11am & arrival between 3pm & 8pm. Alternative times are sometimes possible by prior arrangement.

Travelling time from San Javier (Murcia) Airport approx 45mins & Alicante Airport approx 1 1/4 hours. If you require directions from either airport, please do not hesitate to contact us.

Bolnuevo village offers a good variety of bars and restaurants to suit all tastes, an excellent pharmacy (chemist) & a small supermarket which seems to stock just about all you could ever want when on holiday!!
The seaside town of Puerto Mazarron is 5mins drive, with Cartegena just 30mins away. The surrounding area is abundant with history, culture & breathtaking scenery, Sierra Espuña national park and Cabo Tiñoso "The guns of Mazarron" are worth a visit, but there is so much more, too much to list.

Activities available locally:
There is an Extreme Sports Centre 5km away with paintballing, rock climbing, absailing, off road carting, scuba diving & much more.
Also Golf - 10mins, Horse Riding, Go Karts, Bowling, Scuba-Diving, Deep Sea Fishing, Petanca, Walking and Cycling.
Bicycles and quad bikes are also available for hire.
