SANT ANTONI APARTMENTS DESCRIPTION
The Sant Antoni Apartment is a designer brand new and newly furnished double bedroom apartment.
This design apartment contains two bedrooms, one with two single beds and the other with double living area and the new equiped open kitchen with all new appliances, including oven-microwave, refrigerator, washing-dryer toiled has been used high quality Italian ceramics and tropical woods.
The design apartment is all exterior, the floors made from natural oak from france and natural stone from india , heating system, air conditioning and heat pump, a 32” Full HD LCD flat TV and Playstation2 (with games) can be used as DVD player and wifi INTERNET ADSL (Bring your own laptop) also each room has a wardrobe with hanging space for your clothes, iron , hair dryer,kettle toaster and expresso Cafe Machine are also in the apartment the price includes quality sheets, blanquets and towels.
The apartment is in the second floor of an building of 3 floors high with only 5 apartments in all the building (2 flats per floor).The building has no lift as most of the buildings in the historical city.

The apartment is located in the old town called “Raval” situated in the heart of Barcelona and less than 5 min. walking to the Ramblas.
In the heart of the Old city, situated in one of those little historic streets, which were there from the beginning when Barcelona wasnt yet a big European Metropolis. Nearby (all within walking distance) you will find many things worthwhile The MACBA, Boqueria Marquet, Harbour and Port vell many others
The Raval area is a popular district full of bars, restaurants and also markets and shops.

AeroBus: Aprox. 25/30 minutes. The aerobus stops in front of every airport terminal. Departures every 10 minutes. To reach the apartment, step off the aerobus at Plaça Espanya and take a taxi to the apartment, the ride is aprox. 7/8€

how to live in a nice apartment in bcn,

joan was very nice and i had a nice email contact with him before arriving to bcn. the stay in his appartment was the best we could do. very nice area and easy access to all the touristic attractions. metro station two minutes walk, supermercado in 1 minute walk. perfect! the appartment was in perfect condition and the washing mashine even had a dryer! thanks joan for letting us rent that appartment!!!!

This Sant Antoni apartment is in a perfect location, (its fun to watch the entertaining street from the window!) and well located for easy access into old and new areas of Barcelona. Si buscas algo cómodo, bien equipado, centrico y en una zona que lleva ¨el flavor de Barcelona¨ entonces este piso es para ti. Me he quedado dos veces en este piso y no pudiera pedir más! O sea lo he disfrutado mucho! Y por último, Joan simplemente es muy buena gente! Él es un fuente inprescindible de informacíon sobre todos los aspectos de la cuidad y siempre me ofreció ayuda para cualquiera cosa. No vas a arrepentirlo si te quedas en este piso precioso!!

This place will not disappoint you. The owner is one of the nicest you will ever meet and the dryer sure helps a lot. Whatever facilities he has is genuine so that is very important for internet clients. Believe me you will not regret this and the unique thing is the absolutely first class locking system. Wow!!!!!
