Everything is new in our rowhouse from 2005. The house is fully equiped for 6 people.


In the ground floor you will find a nice living room with a full size double sofa bed, armchair, dinning table, TV, DVD, stereo, CD and aircondition. A well equipped kitchen and a bathroom with washingmaschine is also on the ground floor.
On the first floor 2 nice bedrooms with seawiev, one with double bed and aircondition and one with 2 single beds (can be placed together). A babybed and a babychair is also available. Both bedrooms have wardrobs. A nice bathroom with bathtub is also on the first floor.
On the top there is a nice sunterrace with gardenfurnitures and grill. From here you have a fantastic wiew to the sea, saltlake, city and to the mountains.
In front of the house you can enjoy the small garden with garden furnitures and barbeque or you can sit on the veranda enjoying the wiev.
Only 50 meter from the house you can enjoy the swimmingpool with child pool.
400 meter from the house you will find a large supermarket with bakery, delicatessen and fresh fish. The citybus and the bus for Alicante etc. leaves only 500 meter from the house at the coast road. 1400 meter from the house you have the 6 km long La Mata beach which is a quiet family friendly sandy beach.
Torrevieja is known for the unic healthy microclimate and the fact that WHO has declared this area as one of the healthiest areas in the world. In wintertime this area is the warmest in Europe. Torrevieja has 320 sundays a year. In Torrevieja you have several hundreds nice restaurants with a wide range of specialities among others the Spanish Tapas. You also have a very large outdoor aqua park and indoor a large swimming bath in Torrevieja, where you also find a large market and a very large selection of shops.
5 beautifully 18 holes golfcourses among others the famous Villa Martin golf course are situated within 15 km from the house. A few km from the house you have the 3700 hectare large area with the saltlakes with the flamingos and the large parks with a lot of birds.
