It is is a beautifully designed two storey villa, with 4 bedrooms and is ideal for luxury family holidays. Built in the traditional Andalusian style with a central tower, it is surrounded by a lovely secluded garden which has wonderful panoramic views in all directions. Situated 1000 feet above sea level and only 6 km inland, the villa overlooks the coastal town of Fuengirola and the Mediterranean sea, and is set in the middle of the exclusive residential urbanisation, La Alqueria.
It is close to the typical Andalusian Village of Mijas in a quiet and peaceful area away from the coastal tourist belt, and yet only a few minutes from the centre of the village and within easy driving distance of Fuengirola with all its modern facilities such as: modern shopping centres, restaurants, golf courses, horse riding, tennis clubs(Lew hoad’s,), beaches, water parks, fun park, night life activities and much, much more... A mere 20 minutes drive east on the motorway takes you to Malaga airport, and a 20 minutes drive west to the fashionable ‘Jet Set’ resorts of Marbella and Puerto Banus.

The layout of the villa is as follows:
Ground floor:
A few steps take you up to the entrance of the villa with its superb hall leading on the left to a split level lounge with on one side of the log burning fireplace, a television set with satellite decoder and on the other side cosy sofas.
The large hall leads directly to the dining room with its incredible views towards the west, mainly to the sea and to the mountains of Marbella. It also has straight access to the kitchen. The large French doors open onto a vine shaded terrace with built-in BBQ, the secluded garden and swimming pool.
The fitted kitchen has all modern appliances, such as dishwasher,washing mashine, fridge-freezer, microwave, electric oven, electric hobs etc….
From the main entrance hall to the right, a second hallway gives onto three bedrooms, one of which is en suite with a full modern bathroom(bath and walking shower,toilet) to its double queen bedroom. The other two bedrooms (one doble and one twin)are separated by a bathroom.
Upper floor:
Leading from the main entrance hall, a round staircase will take you to the large master bedroom(King size bed:2mX2m) with its own modern en suite shower room. Lovely French windows give onto a very private terrace with extraordinary views to the sea and the mountains.
The grounds:
The garden in the back of the house is fenced off and surrounds a nice pool (10 m x 4 m). One of the attractive features of this house is the covered terrace with built in BBQ and magnificent views towards Morocco for those unforgettable family dinners.

Six sunloungers are in the pool area .
Security is well provided for by the central alarm system, the electronic gates to the parking area and the fact that the property is entirely fenced off.
Large sized television (42 ")with sky system and also french programs (TF1-TF2-TF3-TF4), DVD and Ipod base(Bose) are at your disposal.
Internet connection available(wifi).
Other information:
Air-conditioning is installed in all the bedrooms.
Linen and towels are provided and the rental charge includes maid service once a week, electricity, and water.
The swimming pool is professionally cleaned twice weekly.

A baby cot is available.
Car Hire can be organized, as a car is essential, due to the secluded location of the villa.

We do have also a catering service availble some days of the can organize also flamenco evening with a spaniih dinner (paëlla, sangria etc...)and live flamenco !
