Traditional 2 bedroomed stone built villa nestling in its own grounds on a hillside with panoramic views of the surrounding Raco is located between the small town of Castello De Rugat and the village of Salem. Castello De Rugat has all you need for your day to day needs and is a short drive from the villa.

A beautiful and peaceful area of unspoilt Spain with green countryside and stunning mountain scenery. The area is known as the ‘Orange Blossom Coast’. Drive through the orange and lemon groves and enjoy!.

Approx 25 minutes from the white sandy meditterean beaches that stretch all along this coast. Visit the many beautiful and historic sights by car or train.

For those seeking family entertainment days out, the choice includes Universal Studios ‘Terra Mitica’ Theme park and water parks.

Enjoy the walks, climbing, cycle routes, fishing,microlighting and horse riding nearby. Or simply relax beside the large 30 x 20 ft. pool. Whatever you’re looking for you’ll find it here.

Close to the city of Gandia where the city center is filled with palm tree promenades with bars, restaurants and shops along, it is also a wonderful place for a shopping tour

Valencia Airport is one hours drive and Alicant Airport is one hour 20 mins drive.

We have an abundance of fruit and nut trees so please help yourself to whatever is in season.
