This is a perfect villa for 2-3 families who wish to take a holiday together but still have their own space.

The villa is reached via quite a few steps but from this elevated position means it benefits from fantastic sea views.

The first apartment has two bedrooms, one bedroom with double sofa bed, the second bedroom has a double bed and there is another double sofa bed in the open plan lounge/kitchen area. There is also a flat screen TV and a very modern kitchen, all new for 2012. Sea views from all rooms.
There is a bathroom with shower and toilet and another seperate toilet.

There is a terrace just below this apartment too.

The second apartment (above the first apartment) is the main apartment and has a larger lounge area with two modern sofas and again with stunning sea views. This apartment has a seperate kitchen (again all new applicances for 2012)and an extra storage area off from the kitchen.
There are three bedrooms in this apartment, 2 with double beds and the third with two single beds. There is a sofa bed in the lounge area too.
This apartment has a bathroom with shower and a seperate toilet.
From the entrance door to the larger apartment there is a huge terrace where everyone can meet and enjoy meals together or just enjoy the sun overlooking the sea. The sun is on the terrace all day long but there are other terraces at the side if you want to find some shade.

There is also a studio apartment which is at the rear of the property with it's own access. This is suitable for a couple or two older children. There is a basic kitchen in the studio for making tea and coffee or to prepare breakfast.

The property is located 1km from the beach and you have the option of two of the best coves in the area - Almadrava or Canyelles Petites, both beautiful, sandy beaches which also offer a choice of restaurants.

A 20% deposit is required to confirm the dates and the final amount must be paid 8 weeks before the date of arrival. Payments are made via bank transfer. SORRY WE DO NOT ACCEPT CHEQUES!
The security deposit and final cleaning must be paid in cash on day of arrival and the security deposit is then paid back to you in cash on day of departure as long as the apartments are left in an acceptable condition.
