Enter this beautiful country house with splash pool through a delightful courtyard with comfortable furnishings and with a spiral staircase rising to a roof terrace with mountain views. Las Laderas offers great holidays in tranquility but only 16k from the beach. This special modern villa has the best of both worlds,a rustic design but with all mod cons. Set out over three floors Las Laderas has a master suite on the upper floor with a Juliette balcony and shower room, a double bedroom with twin aspect windows towards the mountain views, a single bedroom and a shower room.These bedrooms all have air con. The middle floor has the living accomodation with a lovely lounge diner which has wifi, Sky tv, elegant furnishings and doors to the pretty courtyard, there are long windows overlooking the large kitchen has washing machine,dishwasher etc and a table for breakfast, doors open onto the courtyard.There is a guest lower floor has a great tv snug also with Sky tv and doors to the front and the pool terrace and a double bedroom with overhead fan and ensuite shower room.
The floodlit splash pool is set in decking with lights for those starlit evenings and there is a pagoda for shade from the sun. The barbeque area is off the courtyard and includes comfortable seating and a big table under the covered terrace, there is also a fridge. All in all a great place to explore the pretty country lanes and villages of the Jalon valley but not too far to go for the beaches and bars of Javea & Moraira

I live in Spain all year round apart from a few weeks in winter when I travel through France to England with my cocker spaniel for my holiday. I love living in Spain and when I am not working (and sometimes in between) I love to swim in the azure sea and have a cooling drink at the beach bar. My villas are all in Javea/Moraira area and I know all villas and my owners very well so you can book with security.
