The villa is typically Spanish so it is lovely and cool in the summer. It has air conditioning units in all bedrooms, the lounge and dining room. It has a huge extension built which offers a great sized lounge and dining area plus a large kitchen and the villa has everything you need for a super holiday including.
A large fully equipped kitchen which overlooks pool.
Huge utility room.
Large spacious, airy living room and dining area.
Double bedroom has walk in shower in ensuite. Plus there is an extra family bathroom.
The extra double sofa bed is is its own area and not part of the living room.

We have a selection of books and games.
All linen is provided and a hair dryer is supplied so you dont need to bring one.
We can provide a high chair, travel cot and toddlers play pen.
We also have lots of information and brochures about the surrounding area and things to do. If you need advice please ask.
We can also provide a taxi service and babysitting should you wish to have a drink or two or have a romantic night without the kids.

Further details outdoors: You enter the property through private remote controlled gates onto a gravel driveway where there is secure parking for up to three cars. At the front of the property next to the pool there is a furnished shaded terrace. There are also 4 garden loungers, and plenty of chairs.

This extended fantastic villa has heaps to offer. It is larger than most 3 bedrooms in the area and comfortably accommodates 8 people. The location is quiet but not cut off and Villa Royal is an excellent base for touring, The Pueblo blanco town of Conil is just 10 mins and the hilltop towns of Vejer de la Frontera and Medina Sidonia are only 15-20 mins. Bolonia, Caños de Meca have fantastic beaches and many other places of interest include Jerez, Cadiz, Seville, Gibraltar and Tarifa. Further afield, the short ferry ride to Marrocco, 35 mins across the Straits of Gibraltar from Tarifa to Tangiers, offers an unforgettable day trip. Like most places on the Costa de la Luz, Chiclana with its coastline and facilities, (hotels, bars, restaurants) have made it into a top quality tourist destination. Anmerkungen
A refundable deposit of £100 against deposit will be returned upon inventory check on your departure from the villa. Car hire is recommended although we are happy to arrange airport transfers if required. A standard welcome shop is provided on your arrival. Additional shopping for late night and Sunday arrivals can also be provided on request.Prices are for the property per week in UK pounds although payment can be arranged in euros. Changeover day,Saturday. A possible alternative may be available according to time of year and should be arranged prior to arrival. The property must be vacated by 10am on day of departure to allow for cleaning and linen changeover. Linen and towels supplied. Please provide your own beach towels. Property is cleaned between rentals although extra cleans or a daily maid can be organised on request. The pool is cleaned and the villa checked on a weekly basis.
