Casa Melosa is a spacious modern villa, thoughtfully equipped & with its private swimming pool, is set in a beautiful garden, with lawns, trees and fragrant flowers.
Situated in Rana Verde, a quiet & peaceful, semi rural suburb of Chiclana de la Frontera, on the beautiful Costa de la Luz, the accommodation offers:
Bedroom 1 - Double bed, built in wardrobe with chest of drawers inside, bedside cabinets and further chest of drawers.
En-suite bathroom has corner bath with shower over, bidet, wc., cupboard unit with drawer for your personal items.
Bedroom 2 - Twin beds, built in wardrobe, bedside unit, chest of drawers.
Bedroom 3 - Twin beds, built in wardrobe, bedside units, chest of drawers.
Insect screens at bedroom windows.
Family bathroom with bath & shower over, bidet, wc.
Large, fully equipped kitchen with views of the front garden and pool area. Table and chairs. Electric oven and gas hob. Fridge Freezer. Dishwasher. Washing machine. Toaster. Microwave. Kettle. Cool bag for shopping or picnics.
For your safety - smoke and carbon monoxide detectors, fire blanket & extinguisher in kitchen. Boiler serviced regularly by qualified gas engineer.
Living room has two large sofas, coffee tables, Freeview TV(English channels), DVD player, stereo, library of books, CDs, DVDs & board games. The dining area has large table and 6 chairs.
We have compiled a book detailing important and safety information and with English operating instructions for appliances, plus detailed directions to local amenities etc. There is also a supply of up to date brochures and local maps for your use.
All linen is provided, including beach/pool towels.
The property is cleaned and prepared for your stay, and again on departure. Mid stay clean and laundry can be provided by arrangement at extra cost if required.
A choice of outdoor dining areas, the porch has table and 6 chairs and overlooks the pool. The beautiful pool measures 8 x 4m plus Roman steps and is professionally maintained on a weekly basis. Depth 1m at shallow end and 2m at deep end, with underwater lighting. The lawned garden is surrounded by 2m walls softened by flowering and fragrant climbers. There are citrus & palm trees and the BBQ patio has a shaded dining area with table and 6 chairs. By the pool there are sun loungers x 6 and a small coffee table. There are pool and beach toys for the children.

Whatever your arrival time, there will be an appropriate and generous welcome pack awaiting you with our compliments (details on request). Further/special items can be supplied at additional cost - please let us know your requirements.
Driving directions from the airport will be sent to you before departure.
Booking notes:
Min. age 25 for couples.
On reservation, you will be sent a booking form with terms & conditions.
Non refundable deposit of 25% required on booking.
Balance 8 weeks prior to departure by bank transfer/cheque.
Damage/breakage deposit of £150 to be paid with final balance - refund within 7 days of vacating property, subject to satisfactory inspection.
