Stadthaus zur Miete in Alcaidesa beach

A modern townhouse in a quiet Urbanisation with beautiful communal gardens and swimming pools. The house is on 3 levels with the roof terrace having fantastic 360 deg. views of sea, mountains, woodland and Gibraltar. The roof terrace also has a jacuzzi, outdoor shower, garden furniture and sunbeds.

As this is our "second home" it is luxuriously furnished with a fully fitted kitchen and has heating/air-con control and electric shutters. Everything can be operated by the domotic system.

Setting
Our townhouse is situated next to the Club House of the Alcaidesa Golf Club which has two 18 hole courses - the famous links course which runs along the sea with fantastic views of Gibraltar and the challenging Heathland course. The village of Pueblo Nuevo Guadiaro is only a few kms away and has a variety of supermarkets, bars and restaurants.

The Port of Sotogrande is approx. 5 kms away and has many excellent restaurants. Sotogrande is also the home of Polo in Spain and is one of the most exclusive areas. Alcaidesa beach is only 1 km down the road but a car would be necessary to enjoy all the local facilities.

Activities and attractions
Golf is the main attraction in Alcaidesa but we do have a blue flag beach with various beach bars during the Summer months. Sailing, tennis, horse riding and polo are all available in the Sotogrande area.

Tarifa and the Atlantic beaches are within one hour's drive and Gibraltar is only 15 mins away for duty-free shopping. The more popular resorts of Estepona, Marbella and Puerto Banus are easily reached via the toll motorway.
