The apartment.
The apartment is BRAND NEW. This is a much-loved family-owned spacious apartment that has all the features you would expect from a luxury property, such as stylish furnishings, a fantastic fully equipped kitchen, contemporary & comfortable bedroom and beautifully decorated bathroom. Enjoy staying at probably the best equipped apartment on the complex. This new, innovative complex overlooks the picturesque and renowned Santa Maria Golf Course. Furnished with a modern taste this apartment will definitely not fail to impress. All furniture is new. The living-dining room is equipped with a 42" LED TV, Satellite TV, Heating, AC, Media Player, WiFi, leather sofa with chaise longue and an internal dining table seating four. Everything inside is of top quality. The spacious living-dining room opens on to a large and partly covered terrace. The terrace views are spectacular, with breathtaking mountain views. The spacious bedroom with plenty of cupboard space is ensuite. It also has its own sunny balcony with great views. Sheets, towels and bedding are provided. The apartment is built to the highest standards; cream Spanish marble flooring and travertine decorating the bathrooms, fully fitted kitchen with granite worktops and quality electrical appliances. The kitchen and utility are fully equipped to the highest standard which makes self catering an easy option and all furnishings and equipment throughout are modern, high quality and in brand new condition. The air-conditioning system is easy to use and can either cool or heat all the rooms throughout the apartment as required.
There are beautiful landscaped communal gardens and four swimming pools.
Secure private underground parking is provided and the apartment is accessible using stairs.
A private road provides access to the complex and there is 24 hours security available with English speaking guards.
The location
Very nice location with all commodities around. Local shopping centre is close by with many restaurants (Italian, French, Chinese, Indian and Spanish). Banks, hairdressers, dry cleaning and supermarkets (one open till 2am). The golf and the sea are close to the flat. It is the ideal location for a long-stay winter holiday under a highly appreciated micro climate with temperatures around 20º C.
The Costa del Sol (also called Costa del Golf) enjoys 320 days sunny conditions a year and the mild climate (in summer and winter) makes the region the most attractive holiday destination of Spain and Europe.
Next to this stunning apartment is a large pool with sunbeds and parasols for intense relaxation. The glorious beaches of the Costa Del Sol are walking distance away and the apartment is situated at the heart of the Costa Del Golf region with several renowned golf courses nearby, with the amazing but challenging Santa Maria Golf Course less than 100 metres away.
Los Lagos De Santa Maria Golf is perched on the rising land overlooking the golf course with sea views over the Mediterranean, and mountain views which form the backdrop to this idyllic setting. It is located in the exclusive district of Elviria. It is 30 mins from Malaga airport and 20 mins from the millionaire’s paradise port of Puerto Banus, popular for its restaurants and high life. In addition to Santa Maria golf course there are several other renowned golf courses nearby. Close to beaches and the picturesque port of Cabopino. For families there are many attractions including: Tivoli World, Aqualand, Zoo, cable car. There are tennis courts and academy in the complex, a riding school and bowling. For fitness fanatics, there is a gym nearby situated in Greenlife Golf, which also has a two tier driving range and a par 3 course.
Even closer is Marbella, a mere 10 minute drive away and the ritzy Puerto Banus just a little further along the coast.
25 minutes drive from Malaga airport. Approx 1 hour drive from Gibraltar airport. Plenty of car hire firms locally and at airport. Local buses and taxis 5 minutes walk.

Swimming pool

There is a beautiful large communal swimming pool located within 30 metres of the apartment. It is set in a lawned garden and has sensational elevated views out to the sea and the golf course. There is also a smaller childrens pool and changing rooms / loos located conveniently. Sun loungers are laid out around the pool area.

Golf

The Costa del Sol is a golfers paradise. The apartment overlooks Santa Maria Golf but there are many further top quality courses within a short drive including: Cabopino Golf, Rio Real Golf, Marbella Golf, Greenlife Golf, El Soto Golf. Golf Valley is nearby including: La Quinta, Las Brisas, Los Noranjos, El Soto De Marbella Golf, and Artola Golf. In the area of Elviria itself, apart from Santa Maria, there is also a par 3 course, perfect for beginners with a two tier driving range and tennis courts.

This club has a well earned place amongst the most elite on the Costa Del Sol offering challenging golf in unparalleled surroundings. It affords views across the course to the Mediterranean, as well as inland to the mountains that lie to the North. The splendid 19th century clubhouse epitomises the charm and character of the club. While not long, the course is full of interest and considered one of the best along the coast, each hole has its own particular character. Many of the tees are elevated and on a fine day the views from the 10th and 16th holes are breathtaking.
Santa Maria Golf club has an excellant bar, restuarant and coffee shop which non members are allowed to use. Tennis courts and bowling are available also. Nearby Greenlife offers a Gym for fitness fanatics!

The beach

The long wide sandy beach at Elviria is considered the best in the Marbella area. There are several restaurants located alongside the beach which are excellent and cater for all budgets. The beach is a five minute drive from the apartment and there is ample free parking close to the word famous Nikki Beach at 5* Don Carlos Hotel. Also only a 10 min drive to the picturesque Cabopino beach. A particular mention goes to the renowned Funny beach for its dodgems, paintball and other children’s activities.
