Apartamento Sereno is a lovely three bedroom, two bathroom apartment situated in the village of Mas Fumats. Located approximately four and a half kilometres from the ancient fishing town of Roses, the village nestles in the foothills of the Pyrenees, and is surrounded by the Costa Brava's open countryside of vineyards, lemon and olive trees.

Located in the lower part of Mas Fumats, Apartment Sereno offers a very good standard of accommodation and benefits from private gardens, a swimming pool, games room and lovely views of the Bay of Roses.

Apartamento Sereno is a ground floor apartment, taking up approximately one quarter of a large villa; it has its own private entrance and benefits from a living room; kitchen; three bedrooms (one double and two twins - one of which can be changed to a double on request) and two bathrooms.

Outside, the Apartamento benefits from patio table and chairs for al fresco dining; barbecue; off street parking for one car; exclusive use of a private garden; an air conditioned games room including a pool table, darts board, drum kit and various board games; and swimming pool which measures 4 m x 9 m. The "games room area" provides a second kitchen, which is ideally located to the swimming pool and a third bathroom.

Please note that guests staying in Apartamento Sereno have sole and exclusive use gardens, swimming pool and games room. The apartment is part of a large private villa in which the owners live all year round. The apartment takes up approximately a quarter of the building and has its own separate entrance. The owners do not venture into the garden, use the swimming pool or the games room whilst there are guests staying in the apartment.
