Villa Madrigal is set in its own grounds of over an acre in exclusive San Carlos above the beautiful bay of La Herradura. With fantastic views and great comfort and charm, it is our home for 8 months of the year and we ask clients to look after it and enjoy it as if it were their own. It has most comfortable furnishings and high quality appliances in the kitchen. Spacious 6.5 x 5m sitting room with open fireplace; and 4 x 5m dining room, each with French windows looking over the sea. Gardens and Terraces surround the house with beautiful flowers wherever you look and sun or shade is always available. Three dining tables on different terraces, overlook La Herradura bay. On one terrace there is a large brick built Barbeque and a gas barbeque on another. There are plenty of chairs and sun beds for use on the seven terraces, for 'get togethers' or moments of solitude, or around the excellent 10 metre pool with an Ultra violet sanitising system, a healthy and green solution which provides clean and brilliant water with minimum use of chemicals. It has a changing room and refrigerator for cold drinks. There is a petanque court for those who enjoy a little competition! Weekly maid service and Gardener included.
