The villa lies in a large garden of approx 1000sq m set out with local plants and trees. It enjoys its own private outdoor swimming pool and there is a bar-b-que. There are several terraces where you can sunbathe or enjoy a drink or a meal. Ample space is provided for the parking of up to three vehicles.
This is a beautiful villa of about 120 sq. meters floor space, with two bedrooms, with one bathroom, living room/dining room, 50” Plasma television, DVD, chimney, fully equipped kitchen, a glazed in Naya (sun lounge), very large open terrace with 10 x 5 private illuminated swimming pool (1m/1.5m deep) with integral steps abundance of outdoor furniture in a very beautiful and quiet, residential area called BALCON al MAR,

From the house and terrace you have marvelous sea view.
The villa enjoys being on one level with just a few steps from villa to pool area, this is quite unusual for the area

This Villa has just been totally renovated 2011 along with the swimming pool which is of one level making the pool very safe, the depth of the pool is 1m/1.5 in depth and has integral steps.
Views of Ibiza can be seen (visibly only on a clear day) .
After 4 years, we have never tired of the area; with each visit we always discover something new, and the more we discover the delights of Javea the more we're convinced it is indeed the Jewell of the Costa Blanca.

A Management Company is looking after the property.

You will find beautiful little pebble beaches around the peninsula at about 1.5 to 4.0 KM distance, the large ARENAL sand beach at 5.5 KM in the Jávea Bay.

Within walking distance there are a few restaurants, a supermarket, two minimarkets, hairdresser and other little shops as well as an internet café.

More restaurants, shops banks, bars and night clubs are in Downtown Jávea, in the Port of Jávea and the Adrenal Bay quarter.
