This well-maintained and beautifully furnished apartment is situated in 'Los Patios de Santa Maria Golf' next to the award-winning 18 hole Santa Maria golf course. Los Patios is the perfect place for a relaxing holiday in the sun - offering 2 large pools and a baby pool amid beautifully manicured gardens in an easily accessible location on the Costa del Sol.

Accommodation comprises of a master bedroom with en-suite bathroom (twin beds which convert into a king-size where necessary), twin bedroom with separate shower & toilet, fully fitted kitchen, dining area and a living area which opens onto a sun terrace with seating area and BBQ. Perhaps the most impressive feature of this apartment is its enviable location: opening directly onto a kidney-shaped pool set in tropical gardens with sunbeds & canopies. For families with small children: there is a safety barrier all around the pool, and a lifeguard present during pool opening times. There’s also a baby pool just meters from the apartment. Beach towels and toys are provided free of charge, & baby equipment is available for hire (see below).

Nearby facilities include golf, lawn bowling, tennis, padel, beach volleyball & beach soccer at the next door Santa Maria Golf & Country Club, and the Elviria Central Plaza (an easy 5 minute walk from Los Patios), which offers a good selection of Spanish & International restaurants, bars, supermarkets, banks and shops.

A further short walk will lead to one of the best beaches on the Costa del Sol - with the world famous Nikki Beach Club close by. Chiringuitos (beach restaurants) are to be found all along the beachfront, with sunbeds and canopies for hire.

Central Marbella is a 10 minute drive away, and jet-set Puerto Banus a 20 minute drive. Access to the rest of the Costa del Sol and its many attractions is easy thanks to the nearby freeway. Taxis are plentiful, and there is a good public transport service all along the coast. Car hire can be arranged on request.
