Traditional villa for 8 with 5 bedrooms and 3 bathrooms. Set in enclosed grounds with large pool and play equipment for the children. The villa is only 5k from beaches and accomodation is mostly on one level with a double bedroom upstairs. There is a large living room with dining area and sat tv/dvd/cd player. The kitchen has washing machine and dishwasher and the door from the kitchen leads to the barbeque area.There are 4 bedrooms on this floor, one double with ensuite bathroom, one twin and two single bedrooms which all share the family bathroom.
The swimming pool sits in a sunny terrace surrounded by palms and manicured gardens. Beside the 10 x 5 pool is a full shower room for your convenience. A short drive will take you to the beaches and bars of Javea or in the other direction a 15 minute drive will take you to Morairas beaches and restaurants. There is also a restaurant at the Golf Club close by.

I live in Spain all year round apart from a few weeks in winter when I travel through France to England with my cocker spaniel for my holiday. I love living in Spain and when I am not working (and sometimes in between) I love to swim in the azure sea and have a cooling drink at the beach bar.
