Casa Mellini is a new, modern, luxurious villa, built & furnished to exceptionally high standards. The design is just perfect for family holidays. Open plan, light and airy, it is completely air conditioned and wonderfully comfortable. Situated in the Portet area of Moraira, it is within walking distance of the fabulous Portet beach and it's famous bar/restaurants. It has lovely open views towards the portet peninsula.
It has a separate Studio apartment below with en suite shower room and tea/coffee making facilities, affording privacy to members of the family who might like some private space during their holiday. Total bedrooms is 4 with 3 bath/showers.

The Villa has a pool heating (avail as optional extra) wi fi internet (free to use) and a great TV package of many UK channels including sky sports and films.
The layout of the living space is very relaxing. The open plan kitchen leads to an indoor dining area and lounge. It also has doors out onto the beautiful lovely naya and pool terrace. To the right of the pool is an outside shower & BBQ area complete with additional fridge and sink. Parents can really keep an eye on the children here as the pool is just in front of the naya/lounge. The lounge itself is has LCD TV with surround sound DVD/CD player. There are a good choice of English channels including BBC1, ITV, and Sky sports and films. The furnishings are of a very high standard to enhance the quality of the villa.

The master bedroom is situated down a short corridor from the lounge area . It has a Queen size bed and beautifully appointed en suite bathroom. It has french doors which opens directly onto the pool terrace. The other bedrooms in the main house are twin bedded and there is a family shower room in between. Below , just a few steps from the main villa entrance , is the studio apartment. This has a queen size double bed and its own TV and tea/coffee making facilities(another handy fridge) . It also has an en suite shower room.
The colourful gardens have been professionally designed and planted with mature Mediterranean trees and shrubs. There are a few steps up to the villa entrance, then everything is on the one level. There is a car port with electric remote controlled gate.
