The Villa is available as a whole - July and August,the rest of the year only the apartment is rented which sleeps 4/5.
This Villa is simply fantastic with its spacious interior,its many balconies/terraces,its extra size pool(the envy of many a small Hotel) and its wonderful gardens with its lawns,mediterranean flowers and palm trees. The views from all round the property are exceptional and include some sea views,valley and mountain vistas. The sunsets viewed from here are magnificent and best enjoyed with a glass of wine on the balcony as you wind down from your exciting/relaxing day. The location is ideal as it is very close to the Arenal area of Javea with its wonderful beach,amenities,shops, bars and restaurants-yet still removed enough to be very peaceful.
You can walk to many lovely places to admire the coastline or to sit on a secluded beach. We love Sardinas bay,Las Barracas beach. A little further,5 min by car brings you to many of Javeas Miradors(finest viewing points) and the Grenadella National Park with another lovely beach-where you can enjoy heavenly tapas seafood whilst watching the gentle lapping of the blue sea.
The area is blessed with a wonderful climate,good local road,rail,airport networks and many attractions within a short distance. In an hour you can be in Alicante or Valencia,Within 45 mins you can visit Benidorm of Guadalest. Within 20 mins you can see the Jalon Vlley(wine growing area)or visit Denia port with its lovely beaches and ferries to Ibiza.
The Villa has 2 parts: the main House with 4 bedrooms and an underbuild Apartment which has 2 bedrooms(separate entrance from main road)with connecting external stairway.
On entering the main house you reach the large Naya(consevatory)this has huge scenic windows where you can sit and admire the views. From here you can reach the large upper balcony with its Al fresco dining and seating. Three of the bedrooms have french doors which open on to this balcony. From this Naya are also steps that lead down to the apartment and a large archway to the lounge/diner. This has comfortable seating/dining for 8 and has a TV/DVD,with cable television in many european languages. To the left of the dining area past a breakfast bar is the superbly equipped kitchen which has a dishwasher,microwave American f/f with ice maker,bottle fridge ,5 burner gas hob,eye level electric cooker and all granite work surfaces. From the lounge there is a long corridor from which you access the bedrooms and bathrooms, 2 of the bedrooms are Masters with their own ensuite bathrooms,the first features a Jacuzzi bath and also patio doors,a juliet balcony and a secret stairway leading to a private sundeck and the second features a power steam shower cubicle. The 3rd and 4th bedrooms are large doubles,one with another king sized bed. The family bathroom has a walk-in shower and double glass sinks.
The Apartment at the main garden level has its own parking, entrance gate and terrace with rustic pergola. It has a second stylish kitchen with cooker ,halogen hob,f/f microwave ,washing machine and again all granite work surfaces. It has the second Lounge/diner with comfortable seating for 4 and a double sofa bed. It has 2 double bedrooms with a double bed in one and twins beds in the other. The adjoining bathroom has a vanity sink with a bath and shower over.
From here truly palatial steps lead down to the pool terracing and more gardens. Here you will find 12 sunbeds and parasols along with a pool shower. The pool has lighting and the gates and gardens are lit at night.
In August and July the Villa is rented as one unit for up to 13 people. The remainder of the year the Apartment only is available sleeping 4/5.
