n the centre of Barcelona, just 15 minutes walking away from Plaza Catalunya and Plaza Espanya, is located our Sunny Flats Apartment. This newly renewed 2 bedrooms apartment has the tipical Catalan ceiling that makes this apartment very spacious and could allocate up to six people. Both bedrooms are equipped with two twin beds; it also has a very comfortable double sofa bed in the saloon. The apartment has a luminous saloon, a fully equipped kitchen and one bathroom. This apartment is perfect to allocate and enjoy the city of Barcelona. We have more apartments in the same building, do not hesitate to contact our reservation department if you are part of a large group and want to rent more than one apartment. This will make your stay more comfortable because you will be able to stay all of you in the same building. This newly renewed apartment has all facilities that you could ask: lift, Wi-Fi, AC, heater, satellite TV, washing machine, iron and iron board, hair dryer and a fully equipped kitchen. The apartment Sunny Flats 22 is located quite close to the most important places in Barcelona.
Situated on the bottom left of Eixample neighborhood, is up to 5-10 minutes walking from places like: Gothic quarter, Plaza Catalunya, Plaza Universidad, Las Ramblas, Raval or Sant Antoni. Eixample neighborhood is a residential area that during the past years it has become a sophisticated and popular area thanks to its international restaurants, bars and wonderful stylish shops. Near to the apartment are located the underground station of Urgell (L1) and Sant Antoni (L2), that will allow you to connect with the hole city making our Sunny Flats apartments the perfect starting point to get to know our city. To make it easier for you, just in front of the entrance of the apartment you have the bus stop of the Aerobus that will allow you to transfer from the Barcelona Airport to the apartment door.
