San Esteban is in a nice complex of Spanish style apartments surrounding a large garden with plenty of grassed areas and a pool with shallow children’s section. The apartment is on the ground floor and faces south with a full width terrace. There is a double and a twin bedroom each with air-conditioning, a built in wardrobe, bedside tables, a dressing table with large mirror and ceiling fan. The bathroom has a bath with shower attachment, washbasin and WC. The kitchen features a hob and oven, microwave, toaster, fridge/freezer, washing machine and dishwasher. There is ample hot water provided by an instant gas fired boiler and air-conditioning and gas central heating throughout (extra charge). In the lounge is air-conditioning, a circular dining table with chairs, coffee tables and a two seater and a three seater settee. The lounge has a floor standing fan. The 28inch colour television receives English television channels including BBC, ITV, Channels 4 and 5, and BBC radio. There is also a DVD player (DVD's can be hired locally) and a music centre for CD's, cassettes and local English radio stations. On the terrace is a table and chairs, sun loungers and a portable barbecue. There is an allocated parking space in the underground car park. There are restaurants and a supermarket within a short walk of the apartment. A broadband Internet connection can be made available on request (extra charge). Bring your own laptop.

Utilities: A daily allowance for electricity of 10Kwh and for gas of 60m3 is included in the rental price. Any usage over this is charged at 20p per unit (Kwh) for electricity and 2.5p per m3 for gas. You can check usage yourself on the meters at the apartment.


Long Term Rates available October to March from £600 per month plus utilities. Rate depends on duration.

Broadband internet is available on request when a Spanish mobile broadband dongle for use with your laptop will be provided. Refundable deposit GBP40.00. Just buy a sim card in the local Movistar shop. Usage is 3 euros/day for up to 30Mb or 23 euros a week for up to 1Gb.

Payments can be accepted by credit card, PayPal and bank transfer.
