Located within a sought after yet peaceful residential area, the property is well located for relaxing pool & beach holidays, or for exploring, due to its' ease of access to the major road network and public transport facilities.

The villa has off-road parking for one vehicle, as well there being plenty of roadside free parking directly outside. As the property is in a residential and urbanised area, it benefits from all the comforts that, brings which include mains sewerage, street lighting and properly ashphalted roads.

Chiclana boasts some of the best beaches in the country and is located on an uninterupted 8 mile stretch of beautiful sand and sea. Close to the historic cities of Cadiz and Jerez, as well as larger cities such as Seville, so it provides a great base for any type holiday. With temperatures in the high twenties celcius for 8 or 9 months of the year, it is truly somewhere to enjoy whenever you choose to come.

In the low season you can enjoy some of the many festivals the area has to offer such as:

Christmas and The Magic Kings - late December to early Jan
February - Cadiz Carnival
March/April - Easter week with the stunning processions
May/June/July - The local town fairs (various locations)
