This stylish corner house is on the popular urbanization of Novamar 4. The complex is fully gated and has a gated swimming pool. (A lifeguard is in attendence during the high season).

As you enter the property there is a hallway leading into large, pleasant and fully furnished living room with open kitchen. There is a small understairs storeroom and a bathroom with separate shower and toilet.
The main terrace is tiled and decked and overlooks the pool area. It has tasteful planting to make it a lovely place to sit and chill out. It has plenty of shade when the temperatures soar in the summer.

On the first floor there are 3 bedrooms. The main bedroom has a double bed and leads straight out onto the upper terrace, with views over the pool. The other 2 bedrooms have single beds. All the rooms have air-conditioning/ heating and ample wardrobe space.
There is a family bathroom with bath/shower, toilet, bidet and double washbasin.

At the top of the house there is a very large and sunny roof terrace(solarium)view sea views, including a shower and barbecue. From the house you have a great view of the communal swimming pool. At just a short walk away there are restaurants/bars/a few shops and a fresh bakery.

Gran Alacant is situated north of the popular fishing port of Santa Pola and just 10 km from Alicante, a great city for shopping, night-life and dining out. AlicanteI nternational Airport is approximately 10km away, which means quick transfers, and yet it's NOT on the flightpath.

Gran Alacant has 3 main residential areas and Novamar is the closest to the natural Carabassi beach dunes. El Clot nature reserve is a great place to birdwatch or just take a quiet walk to unwind. In Gran Alacant you will find restaurants to suit every taste, bars, internet cafes, banks, bakeries, newsagents, a library, health centre,pharmacy, police station, small supermarkets, a post office and weekly street market. There is a small shopping mall with larger supermarkets, restaurants, and clothes and shoe shops. There are bus stops to take you to the nearest town, Santa Pola and the city of Alicante.
There is also a tourist train which serves Gran Alacant and takes you from the beach to the shopping mall and back.


Approximately 18 kilometres away you will find Alicante city with a beautiful promenade and marina. There are a number of discotheques, ideal for young and old as well as many fantastic restaurants for all tastes. Alicante is the capital of the province and is the centre of the Costa Blanca, with port,a beautiful white beach, great shopping and nightlife. It is a historic and beautiful city, with Santa Barbara Castle, MARQ museum and various art exhibitions.

The fishing port of Santa Pola is 5 km south and worth a visit for it´s open air Saturday market, daily fish auction and salt lakes. From here you can catch one of the frequent the ferries to the island of Tabarca, a small nature reserve island, a great place to try the local catches.

Elche is another city approximately 20 km from Gran Alacant surrounded by 200.000 palm trees. In 2001 it became a site of World Heritage. This beautiful, cultural city is worth a visit, to see the inspiring Santa Maria Basilica, Municipal Park, Huerta del Cura and MAHE (archeological museum)and of course a variety of shops, restaurants and bars.
