The apartment benefits from its own private car parking, its own private garden and shared swimming pool. Payment terms and conditions:
A rental deposit of 25% to secure booking, with the balance required 4 weeks prior to arrival. The payment is refundable in case of booking cancellation (Conditions apply). Bookings made less than 4 weeks prior to arrival date to be paid in full.
Refundable 100 € security deposit required with final balance payment per booking.
We can accept payments in Euro or GBP by cheque, by bank transfer / Internet banking or credit card via PayPal.

Cancellation Policy:
Cancellations that are made more than sixty (60)days prior to the arrival date are subject to a 5% cancellation fee or €50, whichever is greater. Cancellations or changes that result in a shortened stay, that are made within 60 days of the arrival date, forfeit the full reservation deposit.

We live in Dubai for many years now. My husband works for an Oil company and I am engaged in my interior design and decor business.
