Private villa with a big pool in Puerto Banus, in a quiet neighbourghood just a few minutes walk from downtown and the famous 'Puerto Banus' harbour of millionaires. It also takes a few minutes walk to get to the beach. Next to the house you will find a tenis and padel club and a gym club
Also mercadona, opencor, El Corte Ingles, bakery, thai, chinese, italian, mediterranean restaurants. An excellent location for those who appreciate a peaceful and quiet setting as well as party lovers. This house can sleep up to 8 people making it ideal for families holidaying with children or a group of friends wanting to enjoy the party atmosphere of the Costa del Sol.
There are 3 bedrooms in total, 2 bedrooms have 2 single beds and the third bedroom is a double. In the big living room there is two big sofas one with a double bed and chimeney
There are 2 bathrooms, one in-suite and a fully fitted large kitchen
There is an interior patio with a big swimming pool accessible directly from the living room. There is an extra space for BBQ and eating meals outdoors. Large, fully equipped kitchen allows guests to prepare their meals.
In Puerto Banus you will find dozens of bars, nightclubs and restaurants. You will see luxury cars parked along the port walkway, beautiful yachts owned by millionaires and elegant restaurants with Andalusian cuisine. One can walk from Puerto Banus to Marbella thanks to the coastal walkway along wonderful sandy beaches. Coastal walkway is considered to be the most beautiful walkway of the Mediterranean sea.
