This first floor apartment overlooks Calahonda golf course, surrounded by beautiful well kept gardens and 3 communal swimming pools.

Golf - The property is surrounded by the Calahonda 9 hole golf course which is a 5 minute walk away. Next to the golf course is a golfing range. Within a 5 to 20 minute drive you can play around 18 premier golf courses.

Tennis - Within a few minutes walk is a large tennis club with a large indoor Gym. The club boasts at least 14 Courts, mainly clay, but some grass and some harder surfaces, plus a number of Paddle Courts. Details can be found in the apartment on the days they have Mix-Ins, which is great fun and only costs 12 Euros with drinks and Tapas served afterwards

Beach - It's a 20 minute walk to Calahonda beach however during the summer months its advisable to catch a small local train from outside the apartment that drops you off near the beach.

Restaurants, Bars and Night Clubs - There are so many different restaurants around the area to suit all tastes The Golf Club next to the apartment serves very good food also a very nice bar and small restaurant called dos leones found on the left hand side 5 minutes’ walk up from the golf club. The area known as "the Strip", is 15/20 minutes’ walk away and very popular with a mixture of bars and restaurants. I would also suggest the restaurants around the Puerto Cabopino area and a restaurant called Mijas in La Cala.
Night clubs can be found in Fuengiorola. Local Flamingo shows are also put on in nearby restaurants and these are advertised locally.

Shops - "The strip" 15/20 mins walk has a variety of small shops/supermarkets. A large supermarket in Calahonda can deliver your shopping for a small fee or the mini train from the apartment can drop off and pick up there.

Travel- Malaga Airport is about 40 minutes away, there are plenty of car rental companies and taxi's to use. Car hire is not essential but is recommended.


Distances - Calahonda lies between Fuengirola and Marbella. It is about 8 miles to each of these towns. It is just a 5 minute drive to La Cala and Cabopino port with lovely bars and restaurants, 15 minutes to Marbella and 25 minutes to Puerto Banus. Gibraltar is just over an hours drive way. There is a good bus service from Calahonda. We can provide you with further details if you require.

The apartment complex has security gates on entry, communal parking and a allocated parking space.

This apartment appeals to many with having leisure activities nearby, pools to relax by, beaches to explore. Plenty of restaurants, bars and shops within walking distance.

No pets and no smoking in the apartment.
