This spacious, highly maintained apartment is centrally located in the middle of a sleepy whitewashed village in the hills above the Costa del Sol. The property affords spectacular views down to Torre del Mar and on to the coast and only 25 mins drive by car. The beautiful hilltop village of Comares is only 2kms. Los Olivos has a double bedroom, separate bathroom, twin bedroom, fitted kitchen/diner, spacious lounge area, a rear terrace and a spacious terrace off the kitchen giving spectacular views across open countryside. The lounge also has a small balconete window. Ventorros itself is a peaceful village with a good bar/restaurant and small craft shop. Comares has a huge public swimming pool, banks, supermarket, bars etc. The property is ideally situated for exploring the real Spain and visiting historic or cosmopolitan Andalucia. Parking is directly outside the property

The location is ideal if you are wishing to explore Andalucia. The coast is a 25 minute drive where you will find shopping complexes, large supermarkets, water parks, golf courses,cinemas, beaches, local markets,walks along the extensive promenades, go karting and a good selection of restaurants. Locally the pace of life is much slower, visits to hidden villages in the mountains sampling the local wines and regional cuisine. Wonderful walks in the contryside , many designated walks, horse riding, mountain biking ( bike hire available on request), yoga classes, cookery classes, relaxing guided tours of local villages, museums etc.
The apartment has all the facilites to make your stay enjoyable and comfortable. It is spacious and maintained to a high standard. Wood burner in the lounge for winter months, also air conditioning, satelite tv/dvd, also internet/wifi which is on requestand is 20 euros pw.

Long term booking available from £275 per month.Please note that prices are exclusive of electric and water ,paid for on departure. A £100/euro breakage deposit is required on arrival and is returned in full on departure as long a there are no breakages. Internet and wifi are available on request, 20 euros per week payable on arrival.
