1 month from 1st November to 31 March= 695 euros per month
. Other prices to be considered by request depending on duration of stay.
To reserve you need to pay a 30 % of the price by a bank transfer .The total price is paid on the arrival day (discounting the down payment) and so is a deposit that will be refounded into your bank account if there is no damage.
There is also a possibility for an airport pick-up. You will be awaited in the arrival hal of the airport and brought straight to the apartment. For more information please send me an email.
