Sitting with a drink on the marble tiled covered terrace watching the ever changing colours of the lake, and as the sun goes down the spectacular light changes on the mountains going from grey, through to purple. Words cannot do it justice; it really does have to be seen to be believed. There are several outdoor seating areas and you have your own bar with fridge and barbecue to while away your days and evenings. The absolutely stunning pool can be appreciated from any angle, but none better than from being in it.

Stepping in to the dining hall with its opulent furniture you feel the quality of this most spacious villa. Everything flows from one room to the next; the stunning circular lounge, complete with wall mounted flat-screen TV and English channels, and two extremely comfortable leather sofas. Should you want to have a winter holiday, there is a modern and efficient wood burner to compliment the warm air heating. You also have incomparable views across the infinity pool to the lake and mountains.
The modern and stylish kitchen has all of the equipment that you could want, there is even a wall hugging, curved breakfast bar.
At the end of the hallway there is the light and airy master suite; having two windows to maximize the view, there is a dressing area and a thoroughly modern, completely tiled en-suite with one of the largest showers you will find. Next door there is a further double bedded room adjacent to the main bathroom that you will find both modern, and tastefully furnished, and finally on to the twin room. All bedrooms are spacious, have plenty of cupboard space and are all air-conditioned, plus throughout the villa all windows have retractable fly screens.

Anmerkungen
On reservation a Rental Agreement will be emailed to you and bookings will be confirmed upon payment of a 25% non-refundable deposit with the remainder to be paid in full, 6 weeks before your holiday start date. Welcome packs will be provided with each arrival, and a ‘full shop’ can be pre-ordered by email, at cost, plus a €25 surcharge. We will require a GBP£200 or €240 refundable security deposit, returnable subject to final inspection. We offer a 10% discount for bookings on the second of two weeks or more outside of the peak season. The villa is thoroughly cleaned prior to occupation and again in accordance with length of stay, a maid service can be arranged at extra cost. We try to be flexible on arrival and departure days and times, but for arrivals and departures between the hours of 00.01 and 07.00 there is a 30euro surcharge. We have winter reductions for couples, maximum 2 people plus infant, and longer lets. Contact us for details.

We chose this area of Spain to live for the stunning scenery, for being close to the coast without all of the hassle. A central location for the major cities of Andalucia, Gibraltar in a couple of hours and a major international airport virtually on our doorstep.
