Situated in a rural area just 5 minutes drive to the center of Elche and 10 minutes drive to the sandy beaches at Santa Pola. Great Airport and motorway access, Alicante center just 15 minutes driving distance.

This villa has been modernized and offers comfortable and spacious accommodation. Large lounge with plenty of light, Large kitchen and fully equipped including dishwasher and microwave. Separate laundry. Spacious covered and glazed porch with garden views. 3 comfortable bedrooms and bathrooms. C/H and A/C. Large fully equipped summer kitchen conveniently close to the pool area and is a part of the main house. Pleasant mature gardens with many trees and grassed areas, large pool 10x5m2 and terrace, areas for shade and sun. Covered parking for 2 cars, Secure and safe. This is a comfortable villa, ideal for family holidays, close to everything.

The villa is well located on the Santa Pola road, main route from Santa Pòla to Elche.

Close to the villa is the Village of Perleta. In the small center you will find a supermarket, chemist, home cooked take away food store and a church. Perleta is just a few minutes drive from the villa.

Altabix is a neighborhood (barrio) on the outskirts of Elche and just a 5 minute drive away. Here you have a choice of supermarkets, restaurants, shops, there is a medical center, MacDonalds, Burger king, various Chinese restaurants, sports grounds, ice rink, gymnasiums and much more.

Just 1.5 klms from the villa on the old Santa Pola road in the direction to Elche there is a petrol station with a small shop. Here you can purchase fresh daily bread, milk, eggs, beverages and other produce.

Walking distance from the villa are 2 restaurants/bars. Bus stops to Santa Pola and Elche center are located just a few minutes walk from the villa.

Day trips could include Alicante center for shopping, Marina restaurants, old town historic Alicante, and the beaches just a 15 minutes drive away. Santa Pola beaches, wildlife bird sanctuary on the salt lakes and great seafood restaurants is just 10 minutes away. Safari Park close to Santa Pola just a 5 minute drive. Benidorm theme parks, 30 minutes drive. Elche countryside and sierras a nice scenic 20 minutes journey. La Marina beaches only 15 minutes. All nice locations to visit.

The owners of this property live in Spain, close to Alicante. The property is maintained regularly and the cleaning before and after a rental period is overseen by the owners. All linen and towels are provided. Smoking is not permitted withing the house. Sorry, but No pets are allowed. There are NO extra charges for cleaning or laundry.

Security bond. The property will be inspected on your arrival with you the owner or a representative of the owner, this usually takes five minutes. The bond is requested at this time if it has not already been paid. Before you leave the property at the end of your stay, the property will be jointly inspected once again and the bond will be returned to you before you leave Spain.

The owners thank all past guests for having taken so much care of the property during their stay, so far, all guests have received a full bond refund before leaving the property.

On your arrival you will be met by the owner of their representative. After your journey you probably just want to relax by the pool. With this in mind the owners do not want to take any of your holiday time. However, it is beneficial to show you around the house and the grounds, this only takes a few minutes. Once this is complete you will be left to enjoy the house and your holiday. The owners live close by and they are available if needed. New service for 2012...internet access. Also remember,.......There is a fully equipped Laundry including, washing machine, Iron and Ironing Less luggage to carry with you means possible travel savings.
