Located in the urbanization "San Miquel of Montroig "

With communal swimming pools in front of the house and the beach just 350 meters, park your car and forget about stress. ( Pools open from midle June till end of September )
Relax in the shade while kids play in the garden (we have installed a swing and a slide, and a small playhouse.)
The villa of 98 m2 is situated on a plot of 740 m2.

INSIDE:

.Bedrooms: 3 double bedrooms, two with a double bed ( 140 x 200 cts) and one with a bunk anx extra bed. All bedrooms have space for a cradle .


Menage Kitchen enough for 7 services. Offers small appliances (coffee maker, blender, toaster, juicer
citrus ..)-Microwave and oven. Dish washer. Small table with 3 chairs and high chair for toddlers.

Laundry room with washing machine-independent, and iron table, umbrella and beach chairs.

Two bathrooms (one with bath en suite and one with shower)

-Lounge-Living room with sofa bed for two people, equipped with satellite . LCD tv 40 " Free internet connexion ADSL 3 MEGAS WIFI.

-In barbecue.

-2 tables and garden chairs, 6 chairs, gazebo with curtains.


HOUSING

San Miquel de Montroig family is a small resort located about two miles north of Miami Beach.
The urbanization has a community pool area (right in front of the house) and a play area (basketball, football, petanque, playground) some 400 meters.


-ACCESS TO THE BEACH:

"There is a pedestrian access (can also be passed by bicycle) to the beach about 50 meters from the house, (in total from the beach 300 - Passage for vehicles is about 200 meters from the house

SERVICES:
- In the complex, adjacent to swimming pools, a restaurant-pizzeria (open all year), with an affordable and reliable service.

- During the season (April to October, approximately) is open a small grocery store with bakery-day-in.

Beach area and in the adjacent camping (Playa Montroig)-stocked supermarket, but with higher prices

supermarkets in the town.

-Miami Playa is only 2 km away. Here you will find all type of services, with a variety of restaurants, supermarkets, boutiques and an ambulatory (medical clinic).

Terms
"In the rental price is including the consumption of electricity, gas and water.
- NOT included in the price of the Items supplied towels and toiletries bedding. Will be provided upon request (depending on season: sheets and and blankets or duvets), the price of 7 € per person per stay.

"The final cleaning is not included in the price. This cleaning is an extra charge of 60 euros.( 80 € in case of pets )in Not required this service, but find that the house has been left in the same state of cleanliness on the day of arrival because we believe that all our tenants have the same right to find the house in the same conditions.

"The extra crib it's available on demand, without charge as long as the total number of people equals the maximum permissible occupancy of 7

-Prices are per week, with entry and exit on Saturday.
-Prices are for a maximum occupancy of 7 people.
- Sorry, we don't acept groups of young people.

BREAKAGES DEPOSIT FEE:

There is a breakages deposit of 300 euro taken in cash the day of arrival (in cash) and returned the day of departure.

HOURS OF ARRIVAL AND DEPARTURE:

"The times of entry are 16 to 19. Exceptions may be made where justified and provided with prior notice.

"The departure times will be from 8 to 10 am in high season and to 11 in low season.
The entries made after 11 pm and departures made before 8 am will be charged an extra 30 €.
There is also the possibility of charging extra for cleaning, since experience tells us that exits early in the morning cleaning the tenants are often poor (especially bathrooms).

MAKE YOUR RESERVATION.

After confirming the desire to make your reservation, we will send an email with our bank details and booking form leaving the house on pre-registration up to 3 days.

During this period, the tenant must give effect to the reservation, by bank transfer (costs charged to the tenant) of 40% (*)of base rent (excluding cleaning and bond prices), with a minimum of 100 €. And shipping by mail or fax the signed & compleed form and proof of transfert performed.
(*) This payment secures the reservation to both the tenant and the case of cancellation.
In case of cancellation by tenant for any reason, the deposit will be retourned only when the apartment has been rented again under the same conditions and the new payment has been received in full.
In case that a last minute rental forcing us to rent a lower price, the amount to return will be lower .
