This 3-bedroom ground floor family holiday rental in Las Adelfas has a contemporary design, which allows for maximum functionality and space. The self catering holiday apartment features a large living and dining area with fire place, master en suite, two further bedrooms that share a bath, guest toilet; modern fitted kitchen and satellite TV. Ideal for chilling out, the covered porch spills onto the fragrant landscaped gardens and pool area. Las Adelfas boasts mature tropical gardens and two large pools with sunbathing area.

The unit is tucked away in the secure gated enclave of Las Adelfas. This prestigious development is perfectly positioned directly opposite the San Pedro beach and fabulous promenade, dotted with many alfresco cafe restaurants and unpretentious beach bars.

Mingle with the locals and soak up the vibrant atmosphere in the town of San Pedro, a mere 10-minute walk away. In the main church square there is a small play area for children, a beautiful fountain and several pleasant bars for coffee, tapas or a meal in the evening.

If the “chiringuito” (beach bar) lifestyle is getting to you, the palm lined beach promenade is a great spot for a quiet stroll or an energetic jog. Early morning is idyllic, with the sun coming up over the shimmering azure Mediterranean could become accustomed to this lifestyle. Great food, friendly people, and lots to see and do. Ideal for a relaxing getaway at any time of the year.

LOCATION
San Pedro, like its glitzy sister, Puerto Banus, comes under the municipality of Marbella. It is just 10 km from Marbella, 2 km from Puerto Banús, and a mere few minutes from the spectacular Ronda Mountains. Despite its proximity to glamorous Marbella, San Pedro has managed to remain unspoilt and still preserves its Spanish identity. It is a ′true slice′ of traditional Spain, the locals are friendly and the predominant language you hear is Spanish. It is quite popular with holidaymakers who enjoy mingling with the locals, dunking churros in thick chocolate for breakfast, sampling tapas or simply cooling off at an ice cream parlour, with the kids running around.

The town has broad spectrum of amenities, including a couple of well-priced supermarkets (Mercadona , Cayetano and Día), a 24-hour pharmacy, plenty of charming restaurants and boutiques. Thursday is street market day, a true bargain hunter´s paradise.

On the beachside, San Pedro’s 2 km sweeping tiled promenade is delightful. There are several chiringuitos (beach bars) all the way along, most of them offering Mediterranean cuisine and, of course, the ubiquitous thirst-quenching tinto de verano (red-wine spritzer). The promenade also links up to Puerto Banus and it is possible to walk all the way to Marbella along the sea front.

Don’t expect any wild nightlife. A night out typically consists of a meal and a few drinks at a local bar - although there are a couple of salsa clubs- or a moonlight stroll along the beach promenade. If you’re looking for a big party night, Marbella and Puerto Banús are a short drive away.

The adjacent residential area Guadalmina is also known for its well kept golf courses. If you just want to hit a few balls try the Guadalmina public driving range (located close to the Barceló Hotel). For a bit more action for the kids, the Cable Ski Marbella, next to the driving range, offers wakeboard, kneeboard, and water-ski lessons.

Anmerkungen
A 50% non-refundable deposit is required when booking the apartment. The other half of the rent is due in cash on arrival to the apartment. The minimum stay in the apartment is 7 days.

Payments can be made via bank transfer, PayPal (+3.5% fee) or credit cards (+3.5% fee).

We take a security deposit of €300 in cash on arrival to the apartment, this will be returned on departure after a thorough check of the apartment. We take an electric meter reading on arrival and departure from the apartment. A fair amount is included in the rent, but excessive use will be deducted from the security deposit.

You will be met by one of our representatives who lives near by with keys and shown around the apartment. There will also be a phone number given in case you need assistance during your stay.

Linen & bath (not beach) towels are provided. For information about extra linen, cots, high chairs or anything else you may require please contact us.

Check in time is 4 pm (unless agreed to in writing)
Check out time is 10 am (unless agreed to in writing)
