This good sized townhouse is situated in true Cabo Roig which is an established residential area. It forms part of the Los Angius 1 complex which is a small, quiet gated community with a swimming pool/childrens pool which makes it ideal for families and being only 6 kilometres from championship golf courses it would also suit groups of golfers. As the complex is situated at the end of a cul de sac there is no through traffic which makes it nice and peaceful. There are two beautiful blue flag sandy beaches close by both have beach bars serving snacks and refreshments throughout the day. Cala Capitain beach is 400 metres away and can be accessed via a walkway direct from the complex. There is also a well stocked supermarket, shops, restaurants and bars all within walking distance.

The townhouse is fully equipped and offers 2 double bedrooms both with balcony and 1 twin bedded room. It has a family bathroom plus a downstairs shower and toilet. All linen and towels are provided.

Air conditioning is available in the lounge and two main bedrooms.

Easily accessible from from Murcia Airport (20 mins) and Alicante airport (45 mins).

Each Saturday there is a market at nearby Playa Flamenca selling local produce, clothing and gifts. Torrevieja town is 15 minutes north with a lovely beach, promenade, evening market, shopping centre and Aqua Polis water park.
