A luxury development set in beautiful, private landscaped tropical gardens, on one of Marbellas best white sandy beaches, via private and direct gated access from the gardens to the beach. Here you will find two excellent fish restaurants & a wonderful snack bar for children. plus many more a short distance up the beach. Alicate Playa is a beautifully appointed luxury apartment where no expense has been spared. Located on the coast, 200 metres from the beach, 4Km east of Marbella, minutes from the centres of Marbella and Puerto Banus, only 30mins from Malaga, close to the luxurious Los Monteros Hotel. The Marbella and Santa Clara Golf Clubs are opposite with numerous others close at hand.

The apartment which is fully air conditioned/heated has two bedrooms, one with en suite facilities and one other master bedroom leads out onto the patio and both bedrooms have fitted wardrobes. A large lounge/dinning area, leads onto the patio, which over looks the swimming pool . There is a fully equiped kitchen leading into a utility room, with a washing machine.


There is a lovely swimming pool with pool side showers and secluded sun bathing areas. Sun beds and sun shades are provided.
Paddle Tennis courts are also on the complex with a good Tennis Club at the top of the road

This is a gated complex with a 24hr security service and underground secure parking. with lift facilities from the car park directly to the flat.
