Casa Flamencodos is a bright & airy, modern villa in a lovely peaceful position in the portet area of Moraira. Built just 5 years ago, the villa benefits from air-conditioning in all 3 bedrooms and an effective ceiling fan in the lounge. It also has a larger than average, kidney shaped pool. The naya enjoys very pretty open views, and being south facing it gets the afternoon sun. A perfect place to relax and enjoy a drink as the sun goes down. The fabulous Portet beach is just a 10-12 minute walk away. A walk into Moraira town centre takes about 15 minutes.
The layout of the villa internally is very relaxing. The modern kitchen can be accessed from both the naya and the lounge/diner, providing a nice easy life for the cook & the table -clearer!! There is a microwave and dishwasher. The lounge furniture is fresh and uncluttered. The pretty twin bedroom is situated just off the lounge area and the master bedroom suite and another double bedroom & family shower room, are situated off a short corridor. The master bedroom has a modern en suite shower room. All the windows are fitted with mosquiteres. The villa also has 4 UK TV channels which includes ITV & BBC.

We think this is a perfect villa for family holidays. The kids will love the large pool with its roman steps. They will also love the stunning Portet beach, which is so ideal for small children. Known as the “jewel in the crown” of the Costa Blanca, Moraira boasts its own marina, blue flag beaches and an array of quality restaurants. Not too big and not too small, Moraira is the perfect resort for a family holiday.
