This light and bright apartment is ideal for friends or a family who want to be in a central area for everything Vilanova can offer. A brand new, fabulous indoor swimming pool/sauna/gym is a 2 minute walk away and the wonderful beach just a 15 minute stroll. A large supermarket, bakery and many other shops are situated just around the corner.

Tennis fans can take advantage of the proximity to the renowned tennis academy, just a pleasant 1km walk or 2 minute drive.

The apartment has recently been partly refurbished. It is a comfortable apartment with 1 double bedroom and 1 single with a double sofa bed in the lounge. Both bedrooms and lounge have patio doors opening onto a large balcony spanning the full length of the apartment.

The lounge / dining area is spacious and comfortable with satellite TV (freeview UK channels), DVD and CD/ipod docking station/player. There is also a selection of books and DVD's. Patio doors lead out onto the large balcony. This is furnished with table and chairs for al fresco breakfasts in the sun or cool sundowners, before strolling to the beach bar for pre dinner drinks with your feet in the sand.

Large bathroom with full size bath and over head shower. Retro style with black & white tiles, bidet and toilet.

1 double bedroom with patio doors to the balcony and large fitted wardrobes. 1 single room (with pullout mattress) also with access to the balcony through patio doors. Alternatively, there is a double sofa bed in the lounge. Comfortable mattresses and pillows with duvets and flat sheets for hot summer nights.

The kitchen is compact and equipped with a full cooker and hob, fridge/freezer and washing machine. There is also a selection of dinner service, cutlery, pots and pans, cafetiere and kitchen utensils.

Free internet connection using an internet USB plug in dongle, is available on request.

Medium term lets available between October and April at special monthly rates.

Children are very welcome in this apartment. We apologise for the lack of access for people with limited mobility.

For your safety we have installed smoke alarms, and a fire extinguisher.
