For rent, luxury apartment directly on the beach in Torrequebrada Beach - Benalmadena Costa. Located on the first floor with 2 bedrooms, 2 bathrooms, large south facing terrace and fantastic sea views.

The beautiful apartment with 2 bedrooms and 2 bathrooms is perfectly maintained and comfortably furnished including air conditioning in all rooms, a dining table with four chairs, a sitting area with two comfortable sofas, a flat screen TV with some English, German and Dutch channels and free WiFi internet. In the modern kitchen utensils are all provided. (see description below) In front of the living room and the master bedroom is a spacious terrace oriented to the south, with fantastic sea view. This is a nice place to enjoy a delicious breakfast with great sea views. The apartment is located in a small complex directly on the beach with a beautiful communal garden with a large pool and a separate children's pool. From the garden you can walk through a stairway to the beach. On the beach there are several beach restaurants where you can rent sun beds and umbrellas. On walking distance (within 750 meters) you can find various national and international restaurants, shops, a supermarket and a bus stop. On 5 minutes walking distance there are taxis at the Torrequebrada hotel. It’s 4 Kilometre to the wonderful marina of Benalmadena. Along the harbour are numerous shops, restaurants and terraces. Here you can also organize various water sports and boat trips. In the evening you can enjoy the night life of Benalmadena in one of the discotheques and bars around the harbour until the late hours.

Two bathrooms. The master bathroom has a bathtub, bath furniture with washbasin and a toilet. The second bathroom has a bathtub, a washbasin and a toilet.

TERRACE:
Large covered terrace orientated on the south with sunscreen, terrace table with 6 chairs and lounge sofa with 2 armchairs.

OUTSIDE:
Beautiful, enclosed communal garden with swimming pools and sun lawn. From the garden you have direct access to the beach and the adjacent beach restaurant via a staircase.

POOL:
Communal swimming pool with sun lawn and children swimming pool.

PARKING:
There is a communal parking in front of the apartment.

CAR
A car is not absolutely necessary because on walking distance (within 750 meters) from the apartment are various restaurants, shops and a supermarket. In front of the apartment is a bus stop and at 5 minute walk there are taxis at the Torrequebrada Hotel. Do you want to fully enjoy all the possibilities in the beautiful surroundings then a car is advisable.

LOCAL LEISURE:
Shopping mall, supermarket, small shops, restaurants, pubs, cafés, internet café, weekly market, park, theatre, cinema, harbor.

LOCAL ACTIVITIES:
Swimming, diving, water skiing, windsurfing, sailing, sea fishing, golf, tennis, 4X4 off-road trips through the beautiful countryside, hiking, walking, horse riding, etc.

ACTIVITIES
Close to the apartment you’ll find the Selwo Sea live park, the only installation of this type in Andalucia. The Dolphinarium of the Selwo Marina Delfinarium consists of extensive terracing from which you can comfortably view the dolphin and sea lion exhibitions. In the vicinity of the holiday apartment are ample activities such as the largest theme park on the Costa del Sol the Tivoli World Park in Benalmadena. Next to the Tivoli Park is the cable car located which brings you from Benalmadena to the top of the mountain Calamorroto to enjoy the best views of the Mediterranean and other facilities “on high”. Also well worth a visit are the beautifully landscaped Zoo in Fuengirola, the water parks Aquapark Mijas and Aquapark Torremolinos. At 45 minutes by car you’ll find the famous Selwo Adventure Park in Estepona.

DAY TRIPS
At the local travel agencies you can book organized day trips. By luxury buses you can visit the famous cultural cities such as Granada, Cordoba and Seville. Or book a day to Jerez de la Frontera to visit the sherry bodegas and the Royal Spanish Riding School. There are also possibilities to book a trip of one or more days to morocco.

A GOLFERS PARADISE
Near the apartment, just 5 minutes drive, you will find the beautiful 18 hole golf course Torrequebrada Golf with Golf Clubhouse. In the surroundings of the apartment you will find a vast array of more than 50 renowned golf courses including Torrequebrade Golf, the Valle Romano Golf Course in Estepona, La Cala Golf (with 3 x 18 holes the largest golf course in Spain), Marbella Golf & Country Club, Los Arqueros Golf & La Quinta Golf and Country Club, etc.

SKIING IN THE SIERRA NEVADA IN SOUTHERN SPAIN:
It’s approximately 2 hours by car from the apartment to the Sierra Nevada. In the Sierra Nevada with an altitude of 3,300 meters you will find the most southern ski resort in Europe. During the winter the area is sure of snow, and the 85 kilometers of ski pistes are open from late November to late April. The village Pradollano, at 2,100 meters altitude, has everything you would expect from a modern ski resort such as 85 km of ski pistes, 19 ski lifts plus the beaches of the Costa del Sol within two hours by car.

THE BEACH RESORT BENALMADENA
The apartment is pretty centrally at the beach. In Benalmadena you will find everything needed for a successful holiday on Costa del Sol like beautiful beaches and promenade, supermarkets, pleasant shopping areas, a wide range of international restaurants to suit every taste and every budget, charming squares with terraces and of course the beautiful marina "Puerto Marina" where you can enjoy a selection of water sports. The Puerto Marina also has a nice shopping centre, cozy cafes, terraces, dozens of international restaurants to suit every taste and budget, and it comes alive every night, with various bars, clubs and discos.

THE RESORT OF MARBELLA - PUERTO BANUS
It’s 30 minutes driving to the luxurious and famous Marbella with his beautiful marina Puerto Banus. Marbella offers clean beaches, elegant shops such as Gucci and Armani, clubs, art, top class restaurants, sport clubs and a casino. If you think Marbella is just a tourist interest for its beach side life and Mediterranean weather, you are wrong. There is much more to see, and the best part is its “Casco Antiguo” the Old town, situated in the centre of the Marbella, and only a few hundred meters from the beach and boulevard. In the pretty narrow little streets, set in an arabesque style, and structures that date back as far as 11th century, you’ll find shops, cafes, bars, restaurants, live music, etc. The central attraction of Old Town is the Orange Square or “La Plaza de los Naranjos”. A fantastic place with lots of history. Also the metropolis of Málaga is definitely worth a visit.

CULTURE IN ANDALUSIA
At just 2 hours to 2.5 hours driving you are in the famous cultural cities of Granada, Seville, Cordoba and Ronda. The Moors have had a major influence on the current culture in Andalusia. The Moorish domination began in 711. The occupation lasted seven centuries and ended after the fall of Granada in 1492. Andalusia was developed to the highest level in that period. The magnificent buildings of this period are can still be visited. The Alhambra in Granada, the Mezquita in Córdoba and the Giralda in Seville are just some of the many beautiful examples of the famous Moorish architecture. After the Moorish period the Catholic kings swayed the scepter of Spain and Andalusia. This again was a time of prosperity and wealth. Malaga, the capital of the province of Malaga, and the birthplace of the famous painter Picasso, definitely is worth a visit. Here you will find several famous museums, beautiful buildings including the Moorish Alcazaba, beautiful car-free shopping streets and of course the countless tapas bars, restaurants and terraces.
