This holiday villa is situated in Benalmádena Pueblo and has walking distance to the village where you have shops, restaurants and bars etc.
On spacious 230 m2 this holiday home provides enough room for up to 8 people with 4 bedrooms, 2 full bathrooms and 1 shower bath, a living room with dining area and a fully fitted kitchen.
Outside you find the large, private (both, open and covered) terraces (300 m2) and the private good sized swimming pool, from where you have really fantastic panoramic views over the coast line, the country side with mountains and the mediterranean sea.
The villa is air-conditioned. (except 1 bedroom has a ceiling fan)
For private parking there is space enough for at least 2 cars.
Wifi internet connection is also available.
From the airport of Malaga it is a driving distance of 15 minutes
and towards Marbella it is a 30 minutes drive.

Bevor Sie Zahlungen leisten, rufen Sie den Eigentümer an, um die Zahlungsmodalitäten zu bestätigen.

Pay balance 6 weeks before arrival
Refundable security deposit: 500 €
Final cleaning: 175 €
Payment methods accepted: bank transfer
Security deposit of 500€ will be returned within 7 days time after check out.
You can pay as well using PayPal or in cash at arrival. (Euro)

* Dear guest; if you prefer, you can choose to pay the total balance at arrival. However the booking deposit of 30% has to be paid to the bank at the time of making your reservation.

Thinking of our environment and responsible handling of energy, we want you to notice, that in case of excess use over 100,- Euro per week for electricity, air-conditioning or heating, we will charge an extra amount of 60,-€ per week.
* Please be informed that we can NOT hand over the keys of the property before we have received the full payment including the security deposit.

* Please be advised that transfer costs for Pay pal or bank transfers have to be paid by tenant.
