Great Spanish style Holiday Villa, with all day sun and views towards adjacent golf and the blue Mediterranean Sea. Extremely well furnished, very comfortable with plenty of creature comforts for a truly relaxing holiday. Including a state of the art Sonos music system with speakers in all of the main bedrooms, the main living areas and the garden which will be available to our guests for listening to their local radio stations or their favourite music. Also connects to Spotify for those who have their own Spotify account.

This lovely South-West facing holiday villa in Santa Clara Golf - Marbella is situated in a elevated position and has therefore amazing views over the golf fields, the mountains and the sea towards Gibraltar.

The cosy living room easily seats six people. There is a television with UK Freeview television channels available with 2 weeks catch up! DVD player & Sonos speakers.

The master bedroom has a large terrace right next to it. This room will have a Super king bed measuring 180cm x 200cm, television, DVD player & Sonos music system speaker.

– there are sea views from the terrace, an ensuite dressing room & ensuite bathroom.

The owners are planning to have a plunge pool installed in the garden, before June 2015 – this can be heated for an additional charge. Plans are also being made to install a luxury Jacuzzi in the far right of the South west garden where you will be able to enjoy the beautiful sea views. Computer animated drawings to follow.

In the garden is a solar powered shower and there are luxury sun loungers, with thick padded cushions.

The communal gardens are beautifully kept, and so is the pool area, that also has a separate childrens pool. Children till 12 have to be accompanied by an adult. The pool opens the first of May until the 15th of September.

Manzana has 24 hours security, and has off street parking for two cars.

Close to the urbanization you have supermarkets, shops, restaurants and close by Mama's bakery which is also open on sundays, where you can enjoy breakfast, have a lovely lunch, buy fresh bread and other delicious baked goods.

The fine sand quality beaches of East Marbella are 3 km driving, and the exclusive beach club 'La Cabane' in the prestigious Los Monteros is close by. The old center of Marbella is approx. 10 minutes by car. Having a car is necessary.

There are many things to do in the surroundings apart from playing golf; like visiting the 2 big water parks (one in Mijas and the biggest one of whole Andalucia in Torremolinos) you can climb in tree tops at Amazonia adventure park Elviria.
