The property, which stands in an elevated position and benefits from panoramic sea views, is on two floors, connected by an external (covered) staircase. There are two large patios, one on the lower level at the back of the house (overlooking the swimming pool) and the other at ground floor level at the front of the house, where the hot tub is situated. There is also a roof-top terrace with panoramic sea views.
All of the living rooms and bedrooms have ceiling fans which provide very effective ventilation in hot weather.

Steps lead to the front door and a balustraded terrace (reached from the lounge by patio doors) with a table and chairs. The dining room/sitting room/kitchen is open plan. There is a glass-topped dining table with six chairs, a two-seater settee and two easy chairs. There is also a CD/mini system. The room is divided from the kitchen by a breakfast bar.

Outside
An attractive feature of the house is the terraces and the Canarian-style gardens. The swimming pool, with poolside shower, is approximately, 6.28 metres (20 7") long, 3.10 metres (10 2") wide and has a single depth of 1.36 metres (4 5").
There is a spacious poolside sunbathing terrace with sunloungers, built-in barbecue and table and chairs. There is also the added convenience of an outside fridge.
The front of the villa catches the late afternoon and evening sun and, to take maximum benefit of this, there is a further, large terrace. The five-person Jacuzzi is located here together with a further built-in barbecue, wooden dining table and seating for up to eight. What better way to end your day than with a relaxing Jacuzzi followed by a leisurely barbecue?

We were 2 families 2 mums, dads and teenage girl and boy. We stayed at the Casa Miramar, our 1st time staying in a villa, it was perfect for our 2 families, one having the upstairs and the other downstairs, but both using the communal areas. The villa had a lovely homely feel, having the bonus of a pool in the back and a hot tub in the front. The villa is only about a 10-15 minute walk to the sea front and also the commercial centres, where you have a good choice of places to eat. We had a fab roast in between where we were staying and the beach called Tommy Nutters, recomended to anyone wanting a taste of home. We spent a lot of time in O’Conner’s our husbands to watch the footie in the day and early evening and for all of us to listen to the fantastic duo (The Paddy Wacks) They invite anyone who wants to do a song on stage within 2 minutes of being told my daughter Bridie sings and plays guitar, they had her up on the stage, she went up twice for about four or five evenings, which was great for her as she sings in public but gave her the confidence to progress. The bar staff are also very friendly there. I can recommend the zoo, we had a brilliant day there, if you want to watch any of the shows make sure you get there about half an hour before as they are popular, and we went on a quiet day. We went to Corralejo one of the days and found public transport straightforward. All in all it was our 1st trip to Fuerteventura and would love to go back next year if possible. No bad comments at all. Weather just nice for Easter break. Look forward to getting back either this year or in 2012.

The villa was superb! Very clean and tidy and the separate levels of accommodation meant I could tuck my daughter in bed at night and continue to socialise without fear of waking her up. The pool and hot tub were both in perfect running order and very clean. The location of the villa was perfect for us; a walk or very short taxi-ride from large shopping centre and beach etc., or a 2 minute walk up the road to the nearest small supermarket or bars. The BBQ facilities are impeccable at the villa and I could not fault this villa in the slightest! Thank you!

Today we flew back to Holland. We have had a fantastic holiday time on Fuerteventura and we have very much enjoyed our stay in your Casa Miramar. The house was perfect for our family. We have used the swimming pool and the hot tub and on every hour of the day we found a place to sit in the sun and to read. The information on your web site was accurate: Casa Miramar is really as comfortable as you described in your description. Thanks for staying in your house, for the pleasant correspondence and your information about Fuerteventura. When we ever decide to spend some time on Fuerteventura, we will not hesitate to contact you again.

We were really impressed. It was good for two couples with the downstairs outside fridge very helpful. Pool area very sheltered and well equipped with loungers and chairs. It was so good we are booking for next year.

“Perfect place for family with young kids”
We just came back from a wonderful week in Casa Miramar and were unhappy to take the flight back home. The house is easily located, near all the facilities you need. We actually were with a group of 8, with the youngest being 6 months and 4 years old. But also with two of the age of mid-twenties as well as the grand-parents. And for everybody the needs were accommodated in the nearby area. There were two supermarkets really nearby, a midget golf, several bars, 3 restaurants all in walking distance. The house by itself was really nice, two BBQ's (one close to the jacuzzi upstairs where you can enjoy the sun till later in the evening) the other one is at the poolside, where we mostly enjoyed our diners. In fact, there is even a second fridge there so you don't have to walk upstairs each time you want to grab a walks to the beach were maybe a little bit far, aprox. 8-10 minutes walk with small kids, but there is a small train stopping nearby and only costs 1 euro pp per single trip. Taxi's on the other hand are really cheap so when you do not want to walk, there is not much in your way.
